?‘박근혜가 말하는 국민 감동 프로젝트’

숨은 곳에서 감동인물 찾아야 해

한나라당이 인적쇄신의 와중에서 시작한 `감동인물 찾기 프로젝트'는 평범한 사람들을 발굴한다는 점에서 이목을 끈다. 현장에서 소리 없이 자신의 역할을 다한 사람들을 찾아 나선다는 점에서 전통적인 명망가 위주의 정당 인재영입과도 다른 방식이다. 

"국민만 바라보겠다"고 말해온 박근혜 비대위원장의 의지가 강력하게 반영됨으로써 이제는 기존의 틀에 박힌 구태의연한 정치를 털어버리겠다는 뜻이 보인다. 

조동원 홍보기획본부장이 총괄하는 이 프로젝트는 현장에서 헌신과 봉사로 지역사회에 감동을 주고 있는 `숨은 인물'을 찾아나서는 것이다. 

정당에서는 이런 인물을 찾기가 쉽지 않기 때문에 홈페이지(www.bythepeople.or.kr)를 통해 ‘감동인물’을 직접 추천할 수 있는 창구를 마련했고, 이로써 국민의 정치참여를 활성화 시키는 계기를 마련했다. 

여기서 말하는 ‘감동인물’의 경우 지역민의 눈높이에서 생사고락을 함께 해온 사람, 어려운 곳의 문제를 알고 헌신해 온 사람, 각지역과 분야의 발전에 봉사해 온 사람, 알여지지 않았지만 삶의 현장에서 꼭 필요한 숨은 사람 등이 거론됐다. 또한 이 창구를 통해 추천되거나 당에서 찾아낸 인물은 4.11 총선에서 공천할 수 있다는 입장을 밝혔다. 

또, 감동적인 이야기를 만들어가는 분을 많이 발굴해 세상에 보여줌으로써 당이나 국민이 희망을 갖게 하자는 취지로 이번 프로젝트를 기획하게 됐다는 황영철 대변인은 지역을 위해 희생, 봉사 정신을 가진 분들 중 국회의원 역할을 할 분이 있다면 공천을 주저할 필요가 없다고 말해 비대위의 쇄신 움직임에 더욱 힘을 싣고 있다. 

이번 프로젝트는 박 위원장의 지시로 만들어진 프로젝트로 봐도 된다는 당 핵심 관계자의 말에 따라 민생을 최우선 하되, 정치권보다는 현장에 있는 사람들의 목소리를 직접 듣고 싶다는 박근혜 비대위원장의 의중이 십분 반영됐음을 알 수 있다. 

또한 공천심사위 구성이 마무리되고, 민생현장 방문을 본격화할 때, 이 프로젝트와 긴밀히 연계한다는 구상을 가진 것으로 전해졌으며, 박 비대위원장이 앞으로 묵묵하게 자신의 할 일을 다 하는 사람들을 찾아다니며 격려함으로써 이번 프로젝트를 더욱 내실 있게 운영할 것이라는 예측이 나오고 있다.

So, it can be interpreted that an old-fashioned and outdated way of politics has to be eliminated

Cho Dongwon, the director of the head-quaters for public relations and plan, is directing the project that is coming out looking for "the hidden person" who is making a deep impression on the local community with devotion and service in the field. 

Since such a people cannot be easily looked for in the party, a line of recommendation (www.bythepeople.or.kr) is opened through which you can recommend "people giving deep impression", by which  the opportunity of people's political participation is prepared.  

"Touching people", saying over here, is the following people mentioned: people who has shared all the joys and sorrows with the local residents, being angled for them, people who know the poor areas and have devoted their lives to the difficult problems, people who have served the  development of their each region and field, and people who are indispensable "hidden people" for fields of living, etc. Park Geunhye defined her position that the people recommended through the line or looked for in the party can be officially adopted candidates. 

The spokesman Hwang Youngcheol said that they planed the project for the object to make the party or nation have hopes by digging out many people who are creating touching stories, and show them to the world. He said that there's no necessity to hesitate to adopt the people as candidates who can play roles as congressmen with the spirit of self-sacrifice and service, which is baking up more and more the shake-up move of According to the words of an official with the party, the project was made by the order of the head of Emergency Measure Committee Park Geunhye, whose intention reflected in the project, we can see, is that people's lives is a priority and she wants to hear the voices directly from the people who are in the fields rather than political circles.   

When the formation of screening committee of nomination is completed, and visiting the fields of the livelihood of the public steps up, she has the idea to have close ties with the project, which is reported. It is predicted that Head of Emergency Measure Committee, Park Geunhye, will run the project more faithfully by looking for and encouraging the people who always accomplish their duty in silence in the field.
