Starbucks Korea has fostered 101 young talents for the last 10 years!

Starbucks Korea’s Young Talent Program, designed to support young people’s dreams, has fostered 101 young talents over the past 10 years. The company has provided them with financial and emotional support and ongoing competency development. As a result, more than 40 of them have gone on to pursue their dreams after graduation, either through graduate school or employment in various fields. This year’s 10 recipients will receive scholarship support of KRW 3 million per semester for seven semesters.

They will also be invited to participate in various other programs, including mentoring programs and volunteer work. The company is determined to help those who are in need not only the young but also small business owners.
