Until 1950’s and mid 1960’s, the Republic of Korea maintained the total fertility rates of 5.0~6.0 and more than one million new born babies far above the world average rates. Since then, it has recorded far below the world average rates and in 2021, it recorded the lowest rates of 0.808 in the world and 260 thousand new born babies.

While the Republic of Korea, Japan, and many European countries are struggling with low birth rates, the world population is steadily increasing with an average total fertility rate of 2.3 exceeding 2.0. Countries with a fertility below than 2.0 should raise it to 2.0 and countries above 2.0 in the Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Africa, and the South America should make efforts to lower it to 2.0. In 2020, the world population is 7.8 billion and is expected to reach 10.3 billion by 2100. Considering the limited food, drinking water, energy, and natural resources on earth as well as pollution, housing, transportation, unemployment, education and environmental problems, it is desirable to maintain the world total fertility rate at 2.0. In any country, an average of two children of a family can keep the population of the country at stable. The decrease in Korean new born babies population brings many social and national problems such as the number of schools and school workers, not to mention the number of soldiers who must serve for the country. The government should expand childcare expenses, childbirth incentives and maternity leaves to increase the birth rate. When the first, second and third child are born, 15 million won, 20 million won and 30 million won are paid as childbirth incentives respectively and 300 thousand won, 400 thousand won and 600 thousand won are paid monthly for six years to increase the birth rate. The budget required is 36.6 million won, 48.8 million won and 73.2 million won, respectively for the first, second, and third child. For 300 thousand newborns, the budget of 15 trillion won is required for an average of 50 million won per child in support. When the number of newborns increases to 400 thousand or 500 thousand, the budget will increase to 20 trillion won and 25 trillion won per year. Resolving the low birth rate is an important task on which the future of the country depends. Hopefully, this financial support will increase the total fertility rate. Since the war between Russia and Ukrain that has broken out in February 2022, prices of international raw materials such as coal, crude oil, natural gas, grains, and cooking oil have skyrocketed, resulting in an era of high prices worldwide. The Republic of Korea which relies on imports for most of its energy, had a cumulative trade deficit of $35.6 billion from January to October 2022. Considering the energy imports amounted to $158.7 billion, an increase of $71.6 billion compared to the previous year, most of the trade deficit is attributed to the rapid increase in energy imports. In order to change the energy industry structure that relies on thermal  power generation, it is desirable to reduce expensive LNG power generation and increase energy independence

by expanding nuclear power generation. According to the EU Texonomy, LNG is not classified as an eco-friendly clean energy but nuclear power generation is classified as a green energy. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the proportion of nuclear power energy more than 30% in the total power generation, by constructing Shin-Hanul unit 1, 2, Shin-Hanul unit 3, 4, Chunji unit 1, 2 and Daejin unit 1, 2 in addition to the currently operating 24 nuclear power plants. In order to achieve the export goal of 10 nuclear power plants promoted by the current government, the construction of nuclear power plants which were cancelled in the previous government should be promoted by reviewing that again. Considering environmental issues and reducing greenhouse gases, which are pointed as the causes of global warming, it is desirable to expand nuclear power generation. KEPCO’s debt is 132 trillion won in 2020, which is a major obstacle to the nation’s economy. Globally the lifespan of nuclear power plant is extending to 60~80 years. By reprocessing spent nuclear fuel, stable fuel supply and environmental pollution can be reduced.

Due to the war between Russia and Ukraine that broke out in February last year, prices of international raw materials such as coal, crude oil, grains, and cooking oil skyrocketed, resulting in an era of high prices worldwide. Korea, which relies on imports for most of its energy, had a cumulative trade deficit of $35.6 billion from January to October 2022. Considering that energy imports amounted to 158.7 billion dollars, an increase of 71.6 billion dollars compared to the previous year, most of the trade deficit is thought to be attributable to the rapid increase in energy imports. In order to change the energy structure that relies on thermal power generation, I think it is desirable to avoid expensive LNG power generation and increase energy independence by expanding nuclear power generation. According to the EU Taxonomy, LNG is not classified as an eco-friendly clean energy, and nuclear power generation is classified as a green energy. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the proportion of nuclear power plants by more than 30% by constructing Shin-Hanul Units 1 and 2, Shin-Hanul Units 3 and 4, Cheonji Unit 2, and Daejin Unit 2 in addition to the currently operating 24 nuclear power plants. In order to achieve the export goal of 10 nuclear power plants promoted by the current government, I think that the construction of nuclear power plants whose construction was canceled should be promoted again by reviewing the previous government’s nuclear power plant policy. Considering environmental issues and reducing greenhouse gases, which are pointed out as the cause of global warming, it is desirable to expand nuclear power generation. KEPCO’s debt is 132 trillion won in 2020, which is a major obstacle to the national economy. Globally, the lifespan of nuclear power plants is increasing to 60~80 years. By reprocessing spent nuclear fuel, stable fuel supply and environmental pollution can be reduced. It must be remembered that the State has an obligation to promote the welfare of the youth and the elderly.

Shining Gem of Korea, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art

The magnificently shining museum is hidden in the quiet and clean forest at Gwacheon city in the suburb of Seoul metropolitan city. Skies are high and colored with radiating red, blue, violet, pink, and green clouds. The building’s round dome shaped ceiling, walls, stairs, gates, and the groud are all decorated with countless gemstones like rubies, sapphires, diamonds, turquios, jaspers, jades, agates, and so on. It shines even brighter at thundering and lightening rainy night. You can find many outstanding treasures in and out of the museum. By changing the back ground, you can express a different mood of the picture which is one of the important features of computer graphics.

Today I met so many funny people at MMCA.

The museum is hidden in the quiet and clean forest at Gwacheon city in the suburb of Seoul metropolitan city. There is a big flower pot in the yard of the museum which is installed by a French artist named Jean Pierre Raynaud along with many other sculptures and installations made by many artists. In the center of the pot there is a man whose head is full of beautiful women and a granddaughter who is asking something for her grandfather, father and mother. And there are some people climbing up to the top of the pot. There are so many people on the ground, and in the forest. Sisters enticing a young man, an old bearded man, dancing girls, a man requesting a dance for a lady, a meditating man near a woman flying a placard, people dragging a woman on both sides, a sitting woman, crawling men and women, exercising men, a running man and a woman, a standing man, a lying women, and many others. Also in the sky, some angels flying to heaven. Today, I met so many funny people at the museum.

Seoul Grand Park

The magnificently shining park is hidden in the quiet and clean forest at Gwacheon city in the suburb of Seoul metropolitan city. There is a family standing at the front gate yard after having a happy time in the park. They were so tired but it would be one of the most exciting day especially for a kid and he won’t forget it. Skies are high and colored with red clouds which show the war the family just had experienced inside the park. You can see many favorite animals, giraffes, lions, eagles, and many others, on the front gate walll of the park, however you can find much more funny things in the park. Today, it was one of the most funniest and an exciting day ever in my lifetime. By changing the color, you can express a different mood of the picture which is one of the important features of computer graphics.

賟嶁鬾

The magnificently shining temple is hidden in the midst of holy mountain Sorak in Gangwon province eastern part of the peninsula. There is a legend that the hermitage which was founded in the Queen Sunduck of Shilla dynasty of Korean three kingdom era in 643 AD. was named after a five year old boy who was isolated alone in the mountain for a heavy snowed winter cultivated himself here and later became a Buddah. It is surrounded by many peaks of rocks at a valley of the mountain. This picture is a belfry where the bell and the drum are in at the entrance of the hermitage. Beautifully colored curved eaves, roof tiles, pillars, banisters, stairs, and dancheong show the ultimate beauty of Korean architecture.

Almost touching eaves and round skies show even grandiose picture. By changing the color, you can express a different mood of the picture which is one of the important features of computer graphics.
