Your body and mind back to youth

Vitality health gymnastics, Arirang Hwallyoukmu

In the past, Koreans cared for mind and body through Pungryudo and continued to share it. Pungryudo has a number of practices such as breath training , brain training, mind control, and meditation, and through these people pursued a healthy life.

The Hwallyoukmu is a fabricated exercise suitable for modern life based on Doin regimen, Qigong training, and mind control and it has the goal of helping people bring their health back and to continue the tradition. It is performed according to the Korea’s inherent Arirang melody. It activates self-healing mechanism embedded in our body by incurring autonomous vibration. The motions are comprised of relatively easy motions that anyone can paticipate in regardless of age and gender, which families can enjoy together. This helps ease your body and mind, and helps psychological health. An official of the association said, “Hwallyoukmu is a vitality health gymnastics with five elements of yin and yang that helps us turn unbalanced and unhealthy state of our body to a balanced and healthy state.” It is said that Hwallyoukmu can help correct body posture, strengthen muscles, ease joints and smooth blood, energy and lymph circulations, and allow concentration, and the stability of mind and body. Especially as recently , it turned out to be an aging society with a hundred-year lifespan, we give significance to our joints that become more vulnerable as we get old.

Arirang Hwallyoukmu prevents one of the reason joints get more vulnerable : the stiffening of our body. It helps smoothen the stiff body. “Arirang Hwallyoukmu helps the body back to youth. When the body gets stiffed the mind follows to get stiffed . Through Hwallyoukmu, the body finds back its flexibility and brings back the desire to live which will intrigue curiosity about the world . It will help you to think yourself younger.”
