The characteristic of silver industry is that it is the most practical and efficient major in facing an aging society. We are preparing a new curriculum and various special lectures that we have never experienced before, and we are doing our best to create opportunities for new and transfer students to gain as much as the time they invested. Korea is also one of the countries with the fastest aging rate in the world. It is thought that the key issue will be how to handle the growing elderly population, and more attention will be paid to the functionality of the senior industry, including the creation of new jobs. At this important point, the department should make more efforts to present a new milestone.”
Kim added, “I think that the newly started admissions and transfer inquiries are mainly interested in the department for a new experience that will support the second life. Our faculty will also provide more marketable and practical knowledge. We ask for your interest.”
