Headquarters in Gangnam writes a new history in number of visitors

24/7 operation with excellent customer services

Come in Wash has been launched for 4 years. It is accelerating a new leap by opening its Gangnam main store on June 10 this year. Here, from general passenger cars to small buses, and a total of three car washes of Poseidon 2, Ultra 3, and Zeus 1 for large vehicles are in operation 24 hours a day. Zeus, the first no-touch automatic car wash for large vehicles, provides a powerful and perfect car wash with a huge body and a long nozzle that sprays powerful high-pressure water. By installing two motors and two blades in each direction in charge of side drying, drivers can wash the car perfectly from washing to drying. Here, three car wash bays are available with only one kiosk. A waiting information message appears before payment, and when it is time to wash the car, the monitor informs the driver of available car wash bay. The re-visit rate here is reaching 80%. Come In Wash CEO Yang Suk-won says “Come In Wash is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Being able to wash a car whenever drivers need it is our unique competitive edge. We will open the 2nd store in Gangnam to make more drivers more convenient to wash their car anytime.”

Adding 3,305 square meter to its factory in Yongin

As a base for overseas expansion

Come In Wash has added 3,305 square meter to its factory in Yongin this year. The new Yongin factory will be a production plant and distribution center for Come In Wash’s no-touch car wash, which is set to enter North America, Europe and the Middle East. There will also be an on-site cafeteria and accommodation for 100 employees. Last year, a company-affiliated research institute was established to develop the Come In Wash app, and the app payment usage rate is over 90% at the moment. CEO Yang says “We want to provide a variety of opportunities to those who are preparing to start a business. We plan to make it easy for entrepreneurs to start a business with low start-up costs through rental services. We were able to grow so quickly thanks to the efforts of the founders as well as the head office, so we will provide opportunities to grow together with various people.“

Unrivaled technology and strong capital

Expansion of business nationwide with the opening of Gangnam

The reason Come In Wash was able to solidify its position as an unrivaled leader in the automatic car wash industry is because of its ‘no-touch, no-brush automatic car wash’. This method not only eliminates the risk of damage to the car, but also increases the quality of the eco-friendly detergent and the water pressure and condition to give excellent cleaning power. In addition, it has its own factory and technology based on strong capital, and it is operated as a direct management system from the head office, from car wash approval and building permit to car wash construction, machine installation, and warranty, so both founders and customers can trust it. Come in Wash has a corporate credit rating of AA- and a cash flow rating of CR-1, boasting the highest cash reserves and cash availability. This year, the company has opened stores in Chuncheon, Songdo, Incheon, Busan, Sasang, Cheongju, Hwagye, Dongducheon, and Naju to further expand their business starting from the Gangnam head office.

Established branches in the US and Japan

Winning a ministerial prize for technology

CEO Yang says “We will continue to support partners so that they can secure stable sales and income. Sasang Store in Busan has collaborated with Hyundai Oilbank and Eone Energy, and we plan to continue expanding its business through collaboration with large companies. Next year, we will focus more on overseas business. We are promoting various businesses by receiving inquiries from the United States, Saudi Arabia, and France. To start, we will open stores in the US, Saudi Arabia and Japan next year.” In recognition of its excellent and innovative technology and services, Come In Wash received the Trade Industry and Energy Minister’s Prize at the Innovation Winner 2022. CEO Yang said in his winning speech “Not only me, but all the staff members worked hard day by day and gathered to receive this prize together. I will do my best for the hard-working staff. And I will grow with partners as a good business team.” Come In wash, which has an unrivaled position in the domestic car wash industry, plans to expand beyond Korea from next year.
