Debut as an actoress in the movie ‘Your Silence’

Audrey Hepburn, a famous actress who was praised as the lover of the century, said, “The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode but the true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives the passion that she shows. The beauty of a woman grows with the passing years.” Jang is a person who deepens her beauty with all her passion like Audrey once said. 

She worked in the media industry as an anchor for febc Daegu Far East Broadcasting Station and a reporter for the Daegu Metropolitan Daily. She has carried on vigorous activities and achievements as a model and won the Miz Model Korea Contest in 2019 and the Super Model Photogenic Award in 2020. She is continuing her modeling activities by participating in various contests for married women. In 2021, she appeared at the Royal Court Korea to promote the spirit and beauty of the traditional Korean costume, hanbok, and won the Grand Prize for the Hanbok Model which has led to an honorary ambassador to spread its unique beauty to the world. This year, she is making her debut as an actor in the movie ‘Your Silence’, a story based on Manhae Han Yong-woon’s poem, directed by Han Myeong-goo. 

Poetry is a stream that reflects the heart

Rookie of the Year Literary Award

Jang is a model and actress, as well as a classical Korean improvised dancer and pianist. She is also a poet who made her debut by winning the Rookie of the Year Literary Award held by Monthly Literature. Jang said, “Every day seems to run at speed like a rhyming stream, but I opened the door to poetry when I was contemplating what could be of value forever. I could feel my soul being cleared when I take the stories of the world into a poem.” When she encounters problems in life, she would find a solution in books containing the souls of many writers, but she said that it is rewarding to be able to convey her own poems and her name to others. She said “I thank God for giving me the heavenly language like a flash of light at night.” Also as a poetic reciter, she reads poems to others. We send encouragement for her future activities.
