KOTRA is to build smart cities in Indonesia
KOTRA has held demonstrations for two days on July 21 and 22 in Surabaya, Indonesia in cooperation with 3 SMEs. The demonstrations included intelligence, LED street lamps, smart bulbs and speed charging of small vehicles. Around 30 local governments and procurement and project officials attended the demonstrations. According to the KOTRA Surabaya office, Indonesia has around USD 42.4 billion worth digital economy as of 2021 which is the fastest growing country among ASEAN in the field. Indonesian government is planning to install 3.5 million LED street lamps by 2030 and the project is worth USD 6.8 million. “KOTRA will help our SMEs to win the bid.” said the regional KOTRA head Joonsung Kim.
KOTRA is to strengthen CXM
KOTRA is to strengthen CXM (Customer eXperience Management) and held a pronouncement ceremony at the Lotte World Tower SKY 31 Convention on July 22 by inviting 60 VIP clients who are using the service. KOTRA is the first public institution that introduced CRM in 2003, obtained ISO9001 in 2007 and ISO10002 in 2021. Marking the 60th birthday this year, KOTRA is determined to provide client-centered services and gave out the limited commemorative NFT at the site on the day. “KOTRA stands for Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency.
