Minimalist living is a life style that you remove things unnecessary and lead a simple life. As a result, you have less possession of things including a house. Why do people want to live minimally? One answer is that they want to reduce unnecessary stress that comes from unnecessary possession of things. In fact, the more you have, the more you want to have because that is human nature. So minimalist living mostly is about removing the stuff.

However, there are things you cannot get rid of it such as winter clothes in summer and summer clothes in winter. Or it might be things too meaningful to you to remove. Thus introduced is storage services. The market is valued around $10.3 billion in the US as of 2022 and South Korea around 200 billion won ($155 million) as of 2018.

Spare Space is a South Korean storage services provider. Spare Space is meticulous in keeping the storages between 22 and 24¡É and 40~60% humidity at all times with excellent ventilation and air purification systems for optimum keeping environment. As for the insect control, CESCO takes care of them. As for the security, ADT takes of the storages for 24/7 with CCTV watching every movement in every nook and cranny. Despite all of these, things can happen. So Spare Space compensate up to 500,000 won ($387) per damaged box through insurance policy.

You do not worry about delivering your stuff to and fro. Just download the app on your smart phone, register, choose number of box, period, and pay. Then Spare Space does the pick-up or bring it back while you just sit back and relax at home.
