For this reason, she encourages parents to motivate their children with a goal, a target or a dream to achieve. 

"What children need is the confidence in them rather than winning the competition because life is a long term marathon not a short fight. Building self confidence makes them grow strong inner motivation and power and this is what our teaching methods and programs at RNTedu endeavors to give."
