(PowerKorea) Mungyeong is a mountainous city located northwest of Gyeongsang Province. It faces Yecheon County to the east, Sangju to the south, Gosesan to the west and Jecheon to the north. Omija is known to help strengthen lungs, reduce blood pressure, increase immunity and remove discharge of phlegm. Around 40% of the whole output of the nation are cultivated in this region. Mungyeong apple, on the other hand, boasts richer sugar than that of other regions with average 16.5 brix.
