Kim makes syrup in a unique way: pour water in a jar with charcoal – pour the charcoal rich mineral water to rice and add chrysanthemum – add malt, shitake mushroom, hardy orange, spring onion root, onion and fruit – boil for a long time to get fresh grain syrup. No chemical substance or sugar is used.
