Advent of dishwasher has made the job of washing dishes less laborious than ever before. We just need to sweep off the remains of the food and put the dishes into the machine to do the job automatically. Dishwasher is widely used in commercial restaurants while increasing number of households are also being reported to have one nowadays. 

However, if you have used a dishwasher, you might have experienced that it does not wash or rinse off the remains of the food properly. And you have to run the machine twice or more. In a worse case, the remains get stuck in the drain or somewhere which we do not know what that is.

What washing liquid to use? You do not need to use any other brands of washing liquid but 'ppodeoki', the microorganism-based eco-friendly washing rinse approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. It is so eco-friendly that you can use it to wash fruits and vegetables. But the washing power is very strong as it completely remove oils, germs and even agricultural pesticides on the dishes, says Choi.
