¡ã Makeclean / CEO Lee Chang-bok

Makeclean is a South Korean facial mask maker approved by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The company is proud of its latest manufacturing facilities, clean working environment and strict quality and safety management. Makeclean makes it different with adjustable strings on which it has built consumer trust and recognition.

The company obtained a patent for a health mask in 2016 and CEO Lee Chang-bok signed a number of business agreements with large pharmaceutical firms in 2018. In 2020, he obtained a Venture Enterprise certificate and also made it registered to the FDA, US.

"Around 40 people are working in cooperation and encouragement at Makeclean. They are the best asset of the company from which quality masks are being made. We take quality above anything else and attention to detail is being applied to every single process of the manufacturing" says Lee.

Back in the days, Lee grew up hungry almost every day. Though a student, he worked three part time jobs a day to support her mother and going to university was out of option. Never discouraged, he pushed himself hard, started an evening course after 30 of his age and recently obtained a doctoral degree in tourism from Kyung Hee University.

"The hardship made me stronger and it was the driving force of my life and the tool to face any challenges laid in my way. For the same reason, I want to run a scholarship foundation in near future so that students with will but lack of money can make their dream come true."

As a man of good heart, he has donated considerable amounts of money and masks to educational and government institutions. It is notable that he donated 30,000 facial masks to Namyangju City last August.

"I hope my masks and humble share of what I have can make contribution to making a better society."
