How to be happy?
You need to have a pure heart if you want to be happy. Be calm instead of anguish and delusion, and feel love instead of hatred to be happy. Meditation is not complicated a thing but stay your mind calm. Not thinking evil and acting evil is good but not thinking negative or selfish at all makes you happy. A habit of good heart leads us to happiness.
Buddha is everywhere with you
Train yourself to keep yourself and depend on yourself to create something great. Meditation helps on this. We are living in a highly advanced civilization some say. But we are actually living slave to the civilization. The way out is meditation which teaches us that man and nature are but one. Benevolence and harmony make our selfless. They melts conflict to peace. Everyday is the only day you live your life.
Truth
Release the attachments if you want to know the truth. This way, we can go back to the state of the mind before the thinking exists. The state of the mind is pure and there is not inside or outside in pure heart. All Buddha has taught in a way is to think right to see the truth.
10 bad habits and 6 karmas
10 bad habits are: lust, greed, pride, anger, fraud, lie, blame, excuse, slander and snitch. 6 karmas occur from seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching and thinking. All kinds of hell is made not by the king of the heaven or the king of the underworld but by ourselves. No people live hundreds of years but they plan to live thousands of years.
Enlightenment
Enlightenment is for everybody. No borders or obstacles. It makes you free from physical, feeling, emotion and judgement. People with no enlightenment depend on money, fame, materials and others. People with no enlightenment blindly follow earthly desire. Yet they want to get rid of this vicious circle. Enlightenment removes this irony and enlightenment is the perfect stability of the mind.
