Winning the 2020 Innovation Winner in the promising food franchise category, Pizza Italy has made a strong presence in the field with its unique 'rimless' pizza.

The flagship menu Tri-colore wows dinners with Italian flagship shape and the toppings of pepperoni, sweet potato, jalapeno and Korean fire-grilled beef while 17 varieties are waiting in line to satisfy a choice of own preference of dinners from shrimp and aglio e olio to steak to chicken.

"It is very important to secure both the flagship menu and varieties as each dinner has each different taste and preference. What is more important is to never yield the quality to the quantity as they are likely turn their back away otherwise" says CEO Lee Ik-gyun.

Rimless

What makes rimless pizza good for dinners is that the toppings are many and spread to the edge round. It is notable that Pizza Italy uses 12 kinds of healthy grains including barley and rye and the cheese used is 99.9% natural cheese from New Zealand. What makes you even gobsmacked is a robot serves you instead of a waiter.

Win-win

CEO Lee runs a system customized for effective and efficient training of soon-to-be-franchisees, delivery platform consulting and giving more to partners by minimizing margins of the head office. Thanks to this win-win management system, Lee has already seen 33 stores including soon-to-open.

"My goal is to increase the number to 50 by the end of this year. That doesn't mean I'm indulging in my success and boast it with numbers but I'm ambitious yet careful to grow my business nationwide on gradual basis. For this, the head office will provide all the necessary and winning business management knowhow to our partners."

Lee adds that the door is always open and those with challenging spirit are highly encouraged to join the business.
