Window is one of the hassly parts to clean especially when it comes to high apartment residences or commercial buildings. Thus introduced was the magnetic glass cleaner by Lee Jun-sang, CEO of NOMIND. 

CEO Lee Jun-sang developed this magnetic glass cleaner by using the principle of magnet. It is shaped triangle and the holder is 3.5cm so that the user can easily grab and manage the movement of the cleaner. The strength of magnetism is adjusted from 1 to 8 and the 2.5cm safety rope is tied up on the wrist of the user to prevent falling. 

"It is very important to read the manual before using our magnetic glass cleaner. Measure the thickness of the glass first and then apply accordingly in order to give maximum cleaning effect and to avoid possible accidents" explains Lee.

Winning 2020 Innovation Winner

Lee worked in the glass industry for 10 years. He spent a considerable amount of time to research the market and carried out tests with 100 samples of the magnetic glass cleaner October last year. The response was great and Lee started selling the product from right next month.

"I researched both domestic and overseas markets and found out that the most existing cleaners were not designed according to each different thickness of glass. So I launched R&D and brought up this innovative magnetic glass cleaner. Around 20,000 units have been sold since December last year and I think it is a great success."
The magnetic glass cleaner is received as excellent in function, safety, durability and economy. More than 3,500 people has given excellent reviews and some people praised "This cleaner is a revolution" and "It is highly recommendable."

In recognition of its excellence, NOMIND received the 2020 Innovation Winner in the category of cleaning devices. 

The price is only around 30,000 won ($25) when compared to 500,000 won robot window cleaners.
