There are people who dreamed prophetic dreams. Genghis Khan and Napoleon Bonaparte, for example, dreamed a prophetic dream and predicted coming calamities. The year 2020, the people on earth are being challenged by the novel coronavirus. And there is a Korean who dreamed a prophetic dream.

“I dreamed a dream when the trade war between the US and China reached its peak. I saw someone next to a grave with 9 peaks and blue light on top of them. I thought there should be a connection between the grave and the lights. Then the two leaders came to an agreement” says Young Oh.

“I dreamed another dream after two months. There was a long stone wall with fence and many people stood packed. A forklift like ceramic erected in the middle and someone climbed on it and hurt people with a 5 meter long twig. I woke up. Not long after, the people in the world were hit by the novel coronavirus.”

Oh says that the virus might come from arrogance of the people towards nature. “We are helpless when facing the absolute force of nature. The artificial environments we have made are but the backfire and the virus is a backfire. As the global warming will continue, the virus will also modify continuously.”

Indeed, more and more dirt roads are being covered with asphalt and cement and more and more forests are being deforested by the force of concrete buildings.

“We must not forget we came from dust. We must ask ourselves how much we value nature given to us. We are part of it and we cannot exist without it.” Yet the spring has come and flowers are blooming and the people are enchanted by the petals and by the fragrance. Like Oh said, we must look back how much we value things around us. And we must realize the novel coronavirus might not have this much strong and spreadable if we cared nature more and better.
