No doubt we are living in the global age where English is a must but not a choice. Some early adopter parents are sending their children overseas despite a considerable cost they have to transfer while the private English education sector in South Korea is witnessing an increasing number of children. Naturally, the competition between the English academies in the homeland is heated up and those with weak and outdated contents seem to be out of the league one by one.

Move & Play & Learn
The Move & Play & Learn is the core program of Billion Kid. It is designed to promote children’s English speaking ability proactively. Embracing the creative contents and methods of phonics, theme-based materials and art, the Move & Play & Learn maximizes the fun of learning English as natural as possible. Thanks to the substantial results the Move & Play & Learn has brought to children and school parents as well as teachers, Billion Kid has already opened 14 branches nationwide within one year of launching the business.

Taking the momentum, Minjeong Kim, CEO of Billion Kid, is pushing forward introducing ‘Kukumi Game (tentative)’ late this year. Kukumi Game adopted the reading and spelling materials of All About Learning Press U.S. added by the Billion Kid’s innovative teaching methods for elementary students; Kukumi Game is designed to promote children’s ability in reading, expression and imagination as well as Korean and math.

CEO Kim majored in English literature, obtained TESOL in Canada and a master’s degree in English education. She carried on her career through language institute, kindergarten, freelancer, publishing and educational contents.
