The One Boxing Diet Club is famous for exciting diet programs: music boxing, rhythm boxing, kids boxing and group exercise. For the last 8 years, the name has been spread from mouth to mouth of citizens of Ulsan Metropolitan City and it now has its firm share of recognition in the field of boxing, fitness and diet. The 11th May this year was a special day for The Oneas it successfully held the 10th The One Sport for All Boxing Tournament.

“The tournament is not about who wins and who loses through competition but about promoting sport for all. I think this is the reason that the tournament has been successfully held for the last 10 years” says Sungchun Choi, CEO of The One Boxing Diet Club. The tournament attracted other boxing clubs and they together created a great vibe: Wooridongne (CEO Jinwoo Park), Sacheon Boxing Club (Taekil Huh), Busan Boxing Club, YangsanGwangmyeong Boxing Club (Daechul Choi), Kingkong Boxing, andDaeguDalseo Boxing. Also attended the tournament were Ulsan mayor MaengwooBak.

The exciting diet boxing programs of The One helps our body improve muscle strength, aerobic exercise and circulation exercise. They are not as intense as it sound so all age groups from children to elderly can enjoy the programs.

In recognition of its contribution to the field, Choi was given a judge’s license from the Korea Boxing Association of Sport for All on May the 18th. As a result, The One Boxing Diet Club has become an official club of the Korea Boxing Association of Sport for All. “It will remain as the most proud day of my 30 years of experience in boxing. I’m much encouraged and I will pour all of my energy in introducing more effective and efficient and healthier exercise and diet methods.”

Meanwhile, Choi has built friendship with boxing clubs in Vietnam for the last 5 years and he makes a visit to Vietnam at least once a year for mutual growth and benefit. It is meaningfulthatthe Choi’s move might seem to be small but who knows it might turn out as something bigger in spreading Korean boxing and creative exercise methods to the world over Vietnam one day.
