AG Technology is a technical agency of Aba Global that is specialized in fintech and electric financial solutions. Aba Global runs various business platforms such as Aba coin, games, exchanges and distribution platform based on its block chain technology. The company offers digital currency for games portals as well as shopping malls and Aba coin especially is maximizing the stability of virtual money systems; the coin is on the process to be listed in domestic exchanges but already linked with its own platform called ‘Aba Platform’. 

But for now, the company is focusing on mobile games with promising expectations of increasing young people’s demand for mobile transactions in Vietnam and Indonesia. Aba Global and AG Technology are especially targeting Vietnam where more than 70% of the people do not have bank account or rarely use credit cards; the two companies are introducing pre-paid transaction systems. 

Mark Son, CEO of AG Technology says “Mobile transactions are common in Vietnam and Indonesia. To see the possibility to grow the business, we’ve already applied for a license to the Vietnamese government alongside preparing exchanges.” 

Son has a 30 years of extensive experience working in IT and contents businesses for large and venture enterprises. He engaged in system designing and development between different devices as well as education, games and music contents industries. He once took a charge in system development at Hanwha Life Insurance and worked as the head of the Greek and Rome Myth Project of Ganada Media which made a great success. 

He also provided technology advice for Samsung Life Insurance and Lotte Home Shopping before joining the development of block chain tech in cooperation with Aba Global. One big advantage of their system is at its stability and applicability to various industries. They have applied for G1 license in Vietnam for games services while working on opening an exchange in the Philippines with a partner company that has obtained ISMS (Information Security Management System). 

Meanwhile, December 18 last year, they held a meet-up event under the theme ‘Block Chain and ABA Ecology and Innovative Growth’ at Daejeon KT Human Resources Development Center. Around 300 people including officials of 8 companies participated in the event on the day to see a possible prospect of the block chain and virtual currency industries in the future. 

When their game industry-based exchange system comes into a stable shape, they are planning to launch the Aba Pay shopping mall system. Son says “We will provide cash back programs or point transaction systems for excellent SMEs which need overseas market. What we are planning will be a medium that will boost block chain-based one stop consulting services and this can be achieved through active partnership with various block chain developers.”
