“We don’t need anything without good health”, like the saying goes. There are many ways to keep our health. Some would eat healthy food and some health functional food instead. Others do running and another fitness club. Whichever you choose it is always good to eat healthy food and do regular exercise.

FIT 60+ is a fitness club located in Baegot New Town, Siheung City. It opened June this year and it is the biggest scale in the city.

CEO Mo Dae-woong was an ordinary man working and living before quitting the job and traveled to Canada. Charmed by the atmosphere of the country, he settled in Vancouver for 3 years and got a job at a fitness center.

“I was surprised by the facility and systematized management and I observed carefully to learn the knowhow. Back in Korea, I worked as a personal trainer and a crossfit coach and was shocked by the way Korean fitness clubs were run. I felt like they were far more interested in profits than the original purpose of helping people make themselves healthy. So I decided to open my own fitness club” says Mo.

Mo put up a slogan “More value than 60 minute exercise!” meaning you can get more effect on physical health and strength than normal 60 minute exercise through either personal training or crossfit (group fitness).

You will get a thorough analysis on your body and posture when you register as a member. Then an ideal pattern and method of exercise customized to you is brought up. If you are a woman, you can get additional benefit on shaping your backside nice and sexy.

“It is most important to make members see the value of exercising that it is fun and beneficial and make their feel good. This way they can make ita habit of regular practice.”

FIT60+ boasts a wide spectrum of clients from teenagers to 50s.
