Blood circulation is the key to our health!
Kim Tae-sung, Director of Neungin Therapy, has searched for easy yet effective ways to lead a healthy life since he was a high school student. He has spent a considerable amount of time and effort in oriental medical practices such as hand acupuncture for 6 years, heat therapy for 2 years, chiropractic for 1 year, acupressure for 1 year, moxa for 1 year, massage for 3 years, virulent blood therapy instructor for 3 years, the Citizens Movement for Momsalim therapy for 1 year, and needle pricking for 6 months. Having achieved these valuable curing skills for 20 years, Kim concluded that blood circulation is the key to our health. “Learned people tend to have weak frame while exercise lovers lack brain activities because they have different blood flow. We cannot solve a math problem in running at the same time because blood cannot suffice both actions. An abnormality occurs in the part where blood is not sufficiently supplied. In other words, bad blood circulation may lead to all kinds of illness” explains Kim. Establishing Neungin Therapy was his will to help people suffering from this bad blood circulation. “People today are living with many diseases; headache, toothache, backache, obesity, depression and panic disorder, etc. you name it. Try the ‘flexibility pose exercise’ of Neungin Therapy as you can surely cure all these symptoms in simple ways because a flexible body affects blood circulation greatly.” 

Introducing ‘Neungin Therapy in Three Ways’
Kim obtained a master’s degree in natural therapy at Myongji University and is in a doctoral course at Dongbang Culture University at the moment. In his book <Recovery of Fatigue>, Kim delivered his process of research and development of methods that help blood circulation; the book, in particular, points out that those who have knowledge in aerohydrotherapy knows that chronic diseases come from stiff neck so the relaxing the neck makes the body as light as a feather. Noticing the importance functions of neck, Kim introduced ‘Neungin Therapy in Three Ways’ that helps blood circulation with simple movement of the body; it takes 30 minutes to repeat the 1,000 movements a day to complete a daily cycle and you can do it whenever and wherever by using your upper body muscles, arm muscles and neck muscles. In order to spread excellence of Neungin Therapy to more people, Kim is making the most of his SNS accounts that has more than 80,000 members. “I’m also engaging in lectures and seminars alongside the SNS promotion. I’m confident in what I have studied and achieved. I hope more people would benefit of ‘Neungin Therapy in Three Ways’ to lead a healthier life than ever before.”
