L.C.F(LABEL COIFFURE FRANCAISE) is headquartered in Paris, France. Ha established L.C.F Korea in 2000 and it now has 300 members which automatically become members of the FNCF (LA FEDERATION NATIONALE DE LA COIFFURE FRANCAISE) whose job is to spread French hair style to the world. March 27, 2018,L.C.F Korea held the2018 S/S New Hair Trend Collection at La LuceWedding Hall in Gangnam, Seoul and invited one of the top French hairdressers Jakuta Kangberry.The event included a hair trend seminar and workshop. Kangberry won the gold medals at MAF regional and national and worked as the art director of UNEC72 and currently is CEO of Milles. L.C.F Korea Chairwoman Ha Jong-soon has led Marshall Beauty Salon for 50 years. She has a great sense of responsibility to make contribution to the development of the Korean hair industry and this is the reason she pours a great amount of effort in the S/S New Hair Trend Collection. “I studies hair abroad since 1970. The problem I see in the Korean hair industry is that people are more into the interior and exterior of the salon rather than their skill and passion. Trend is important but it is nothing without the proper skill and constant challenge for new” advised Ha. Kim Ju-seung, CEO of Marshall Beauty Salon added “The reason we hold the S/S New Hair Trend Collection is to introduce the French styles to more Korean hairdressers in an effort to bring advancement to the industry.”Ha served as the president of the Central Association for Korean Beauticians three times (1992-2000). She received the Order of Civil Merit, Pomegranate Medal in 2000 in recognition to invite the International Beauty Art Olympics to Seoul held under the title Hair World 98 Seoul. She also receivedan appreciation plaque from the China Beauty Association in 2015.
