“We are a people-oriented business group that grows through sharing and equal opportunity.”
Kim Ha-yan, CEO of Human Resources Development Day to education

The demand for quality customer services is ever increasing nowadays and companies are scrambling to invite the best CS instructors available for their staff and employees to raise the work efficiency. The job of CS (Customer Satisfaction) instructors covers from development and planning of CS programs to lecturing, appraisal and prevention of any possible misconduct. “CS (Customer Satisfaction) instructor in fact is a tough job and one must give a continuous investment in self-development in order to be recognized among many rival instructors” says Kim Ha-yan, CEO of Human Resources Development Day to education. Kim is smiley and energetic and has a full of positive energy that can easily be transferred to the people around her. “My positive energy is my biggest asset to run Human Resources Development Day to education. It motivates the instructors and delivers helpful information to audience. It is important to ‘deliver’ the information but not ‘teach’ the audience.” Kim formerly worked as a show host and reporter and made a habit of gathering the feedback about her performance. “If you are a starter instructor, you should forget about how much you earn from a lecture. Instead, you should gather the feedback about your performance from the audience. It might bring you nothing much at first but it will be a great asset as you improve your skill day by day.” Kim develops a variety of CS contents and shares them with in-house instructors to realize maximum educational effect. “Preparation is the key to make a successful training or lecture. If necessary, it is helpful to obtain a related certificate or two or more. Work hard and study hard to make yourself always ready. This way, you can build your presence in the field and make a great success.” Currently, 8 representative CS instructors and 100 member instructors in various fields are working for Human Resources Development Day to education. It is notable that most of these in-house instructors passed the instructor’s course run by CEO Kim Ha-yan. “Our business starts when people meet people and they are connected through education. We are a people-oriented business group that grows through sharing and equal opportunity.” Note: <Power Korea> “rewrites” the Korean article in English “concisely” for native English speakers and staff of foreign missions in Korea.
