문재인 대통령, 고속도로 자율주행차 시승 및 미래차 산업 간담회 참석
지난달 2일 문재인 대통령은 스스로 운전하는 똑똑한 자동차, 자율주행차를 시승했다. 경부고속도로 만남의 광장 휴게소에서 판교 IC까지, 주행은 약 20분가량 이어졌다. 문재인 대통령이 시승한 차량은 국내기업이 개발한 수소자율차다. 제한된 구간에서 조향 및 속도를 차량이 스스로 제어하는 level 4 수준의 고도자율주행(High Automation) 차량으로 상용화가 된다면 고속도로에서 잠을 자거나 책을 읽는 것도 가능하게 된다.
현재 세계 자동차산업은 친환경 연료차 보급 및 스마트화의 진전으로 자동차의 심장과 머리가 바뀌는 패러다임 전환기에 있다. 그러나 국내 자동차업계는 미래차와 관련된 기술력이 부족하고, 시장에 적기에 대응하지 못해 미래차 주도권을 확보하지 못하고 있는 상황이다.
이번 자율차 시승을 통해 미래차 시장 선점을 위한 역량을 집결하는 모멘텀 마련을 기대하며, 혁신성장 선도 프로젝트에 대한 국내 기술수준과 준비상황을 대통령이 직접 점검하고 정부의 지원 의지를 강조함으로써 4차 산업혁명의 시동을 거는 계기가 될 것으로 예상된다.
문재인 대통령은 자율차 시승행사 이후 '미래차 산업 간담회'에 참석했다. 문재인 대통령은 '미래차 산업 간담회'에서 미래자동차 육성의 굳은 의지를 표했다. 정부는 미래차를 혁신성장의 핵심과제로 선정하고, 완성차와 부품업체는 물론 전자, 정보통신, 도로 인프라 등에서도 새로운 기업이 출현하고 성장할 수 있도록 미래차 산업의 생태계를 적극적으로 조성하겠다고 밝혔다.

문재인 대통령, 일자리나누기 공동선언식 참석
지난달 1일 충북 진천 '한화큐셀'에서 '일자리나누기 공동선언식'이 열렸다. '한화큐셀'은 전세계에서 유일하게 태양광 수직계열화를 달성한 전문 기업으로 1,550명의 직원들이 일하고 있으며, 올해 4월 1일부터 4조 3교대를 위해 현재 500명을 채용 중이다.
노사가 함께한 '선언식'에서는 <일자리창출 공동선언서>를 노사가 함께 낭독했다. 공동선언서에는 현행 3조 3교대를 4조 3교대로 바꾸고, 근로시간을 현행 주 56시간에서 42시간으로 14시간 단축하는 내용이 담겨 있다. 또 줄어드는 근로시간으로 임금이 많이 줄지 않도록 임금은 90% 이상 보존하도록 노력하겠다는 내용도 담겨있다.
사측 대표인 류성주 공장장은 "앞으로도 모든 직원을 배려하고 존중하여 희망찬 회사를 만들어 나가도록 하겠다"는 다짐을 밝혔고, 최시학 근로자 대표는 "내 자신과 내 가족의 행복을 키우는 마음으로 노사와 화합하여 세계 일류기업을 만들기 위해, 내일을 위해 함께하겠다"고 소감을 밝혔다.
문재인 대통령은 “'기업들이 좋은 일자리를 많이 만들면 업어드리겠다'는 말씀을 드린 적이 있는데, 오늘 그 약속을 지키기 위해서 방문했다. 기업들이 이런 노력을 함께해 준다면 노동시간 단축, 좋은 일자리 나누기, 모두 다 해결될 수 있지 않을까 생각한다"며 한화큐셀에 감사와 격려의 말을 전했다.
한화큐셀은 태양광 산업 공장으로 세계 최대 규모의 생산 공장이 됐고, 한화큐셀이 입주하면서 진천혁신도시에 인구가 늘고 경제성장률도 높아지는 등 충청북도의 효자 기업이라고 할 수 있다.

Moon test drives manless vehicle
President Moon test drove a manless vehicle from Seoul Rendezvous to Pangyo IC for about 20 minutes. The Hyundai’s hydrogen powered vehicle controlled the speed and steering during the operation on that limited sector. The level 4 ‘high automation’ technology lets the driver to sleep or read a book during the operation. Experts say that the cars today will gradually experience a changeover of the heart and head in accordance with the eco-friendly trend. Yet the Korean car industry seems to be left behind in terms of the technique and the demand for the market. The test drive was held in order to check up the level of the current status of the industry on which the government will set up the boundary and scale of the support. After the test drive, Moon attended a discussion themed on future car industry. He showed a firm will to promote the Korean car industry for the coming age of the 4th Industrial Revolution with focus on innovation in electronics, IT and traffic lane infrastructure. 

Moon attends ‘joint declaration for job sharing’
President Moon attended the joint declaration ceremony for job sharing held in Hanwha Q CELLS in Jincheon County on Thursday 1 last month. Hanwha Q CELLS is the company which succeeded the vertical systematization of the solar energy for the first time in the world. 1,500 employees are working at Hanwha Q CELLS and the company is hiring 500 more employees to meet the market demand. On the day of the President Moon’s visit, both management and labor read a declaration for job creation and sharing and it contains the plan to turn the current ‘three shifts by three teams’ to ‘three shifts by four teams’ and also to reduce the current 56 working hours a week to 42 without affecting the monthly wage being cut down more than 10%. The plant manager Ryu Sung-ju said “We will do our best to implement win-win policy in a way to make the company better, fairer and happier for all.” Moon said in response “I once promised to carry the companies on my back when contributed to creating jobs. I visited Hanwha Q CELLS today to fulfill the promise. If there are more companies like Hanwha Q CELLS, I believe we can make a better Korea where working hours are short but good jobs are being shared.”
