It has become common that we can see a number of coffee shops lined up along the street on our way to work or home. Unlike in the past where coffee was a means to boost up the energy for the day, today people pay more attention to ambience of the coffee shop since the taste and menus are quite standardized. The thing we must not miss, however, is that many people still don’t have time to enjoy a cup of coffee at a nice coffee shop. Noticing the niche market, Bae launched Masida Coffee. The idea of Masida Coffee is to help people enjoy coffee shop quality-like coffee at home on their own preference. “The more you drink coffee, the more difficult to understand about the taste. It means you fall into a dilemma that you can’t make the taste you want at home or the coffee shop around corner doesn’t satisfy you either. This is the point where we can make it possible at home for you” explains Bae. For this, Bae introduced three menus: Coffee Base, Drip Cacao 87 and Fantastic Colombia all based on the type of Dutch Coffee. The first has enhanced body and can be well mixed with milk for latte, caramel macchiato or coffee snowflakes. The second has balanced bitterness and sweetness which makes it similar to dark chocolate and it gives smooth feel and good fragrance. The third is added with acid and you might feel like you are absorbed into the charm of its bitterness the more you sip. All three of them are 100% Arabica coffee aged less than 1 year from the time it was reaped and no additives or colorings are contained. The clogged extract and non-heating low temperature UV sterilization also deliver each package to your door in perfect safety and hygiene. However, Bae’s ambition to create a new coffee culture goes further than just making and delivering home-friendly coffee; he is planning to make props and lightings that can go well with the coffee products when appropriately placed alongside. For this, Bae recently secured a small space in Iksan City to demonstrate online how your home can turn into a nice home café with these props and coffee.
