Health Spin uses the principle of hula hoop to create stair climbing effect
Walking in balance of lower body, spin and pelvis is good for our health. Many modern people, including inpatients, however, rarely have time to walk. Boom Korea once invented vaulting-inspired exercise device and CEO Lee spent 5 years to develop ‘Health Spin’, a new indoor exercise device that can stimulate foot and waist evenly. 

Health Spin is small and can conveniently be used in a limited space. The two plates on the pivot rotate a full 360 degrees in 13 degree interval to make the exercise versatile. You stand on the plate in balance and rotate your body to train the six-pack that supports spine and pelvis while the soles of your feet are acupressured that can be good for plantar fasciitis, hallux valgus and varicose vein. 

Lee says that it is highly recommended for those who work on a chair for a long time or whose body’s in unbalance. Lee advises that a 10 minute exercise a day can make you feel the difference thanks to its ‘8 shape twist orbit movement’. This movement also creates stair climbing effect. You can use jump rope, bar and dumbbell to train your upper body in addition to its effective exercise for waist, foot acupressure and muscle training. 

Versatile exercise device designed for everybody, everywhere
You can stand, lie down or lean on side to use Health Spin and everybody can use it everywhere according to Lee. The device also promotes anaerobic exercise, creates stretching effect and strengthens calves. 

Walking, or running, pumps up the blood in the lower body to the heart and Health Spin helps this pumping to circulate the blood smoothly. For this reason, Health Spin is good for various blood points in calf, ankle and sole. 

According to Lee, Health Spin strengthens lower body muscles to draw upper body exercise effect. It can be ideally used as anaerobic exercise before moving onto aerobic exercise such as indoor bicycle or walking/running machine. It can improve varicose veins, blood circulation, cognitive ability and brain exercise. For this reason, Lee hopes that Health Spin will be installed in various public buildings and parks so that more people can benefit from the effect for keeping their health. 
Lee’s innovative idea once was stolen but years of continuous research was resulted in Health Spin and Lee is determined to make his dream come true in benefit of public health.
