Balgeun Hanja spreads pleasure of learning useful Chinese characters with 'associative hanja' app and table PC
Jang Hwa-soon is CEO of Balgeun Hanja, Gyeonggi Hanja and Mirae Hanja and Chairwoman/CEO of Age of Women Beautiful People. She is a symbolic figure who has promoted understanding of Chinese characters in our daily life. She combined the characters with Taekwondo to attract attention from school parents and has created a sensation by running a corner at TV Choson and is still carrying on the sensation at Channel A in the corner 'Good Morning Hanja' from September this year. She explains animal psychology analysis inspired by the show program 'A Man Who Feeds the Dog' with her knowledge in Chinese characters so that listeners can remember the meaning easier. 
Jang introduced ON/OFF O2O method to the education system of the 'associative handja' and signed contracts for smart phone app and tablet PC sales and completed 12 series of season 1 and 2 for the PMP video lecture generation. She recently made a commercial with broadcaster Kim Jong-min and it is being broadcaster on Channel A and TVN. 
Jang says that she has many ideas based on the knowhow built by signing MOU with a number of Chinese character education organizations. Jang developed her unique 'associative hanja' and is determined to spread the excellence of the method to all Koreans. For this, she recently added new sensitivity to the method to create innovation in commercialization of Chinese character. 

Law firm Hyundam is famous for talent donation in Namyangju and emphasizes on lawyer's social duty
Currently working in cooperation with Jang, CEO Lawyer Lee Jin-ho of Hyundam established the firm 2 years ago. He came to Namyangju 10 years ago from Seoul and is receiving a support from local residents for his volunteer activities. He is a board member of YMCA Namyangju, appointed village lawyer of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior and Safety and the Korea Bar Association and also an adviser of the Itinerant Free Legal Advice Services for youth and local residents. 
Lee is an ardent Christian and with good will is serving as a member of school violence prevention committee, Christian Council of Korea, national taxpayers council and Namyangju division head of the People's Party. 
Although Lee is well recognized lawyer in many regal fields, he pays particular attention to people who suffer from disadvantage due to ignorance of law. Lee sees positive of the Moon Administration's recent appointment of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the judicial reform and shows his will to step into political world to realize basic income and the nuclear power plant-free Korea.

Jang and Lee work together to push forward businesses
Jang is second to none when it comes to passion and driving force in her work. She is ambitious to grow the business in the markets of Chinese and South East Asia over Korea and for this she needed a legal advice. In fact, she already introduced advisory lawyer system to Balgeun Hanja a year ago with realizing the importance of keeping the intellectual property. Jang and Lee met on the suggestion of the former and the latter takes in charge of contract and legal advice needed for business in a way to prevent any possible conflicts in the future. Jang also saw Lee's value of social contribution as she also has been providing effort for the rights of students and women. 
Jang makes herself busy participating in the ceremony of the 72nd anniversary of Liberation Day, carrying out the Chinese character certificate exams and taking a part within the policy research team of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
