Maha Mudra lets you rest in nothingness

There is a conception ‘me’ that we had before we were born. Many modern people tend to lose rhythm of nature and suffer from unbalance of life because of the conception. So people find something or some methods to heal their fatigued soul and body.

A meditation method Maha Mudra tells you to rest in nothingness. Maha means a big and Mudra a flow. It is an idea of keep oneself as natural and fluid without being bound to anything. Maha Mudra sees a life as a flow and tells us to harmonize our body with nature throughout the day.

Each person dreams each desirable life and Maha Mudra helps the person to live as he/she wishes through smooth flow of things happening in life. In other words, it keeps one’s mind without risks or damages. Therefore, Maha Mudra is the true state when one is enlightened in pureness and fundamentality. Maha Mudra purifies our body and mind and it is the freedom from the prison of life and the brightest torch of the truth.

A light healing meditator Yul Hyeon has been spreading Maha Mudra for many years and she delivers healing to people with movements of hands without words or symbols. Based in Seojong-myeon in Yangpyeong County, she said that she wished to spread lights to everybody regardless their religions.

Bringing you back the healthy life

A report tells us that an increasing number of people are suffering from depression, insomnia and panic disorder. These mind diseases eventually affects the body and therefore application of healing is urgently needed for many busy modern people.

Yul Hyeon says that Maha Mudra means the act of healing and taking care of the invisible soul and spirit. The big lights from the universe become one with us and the energy leads us to enlightenment and nirvana, explains Yul Hyeon.

Yul Hyeon suffered from many agonies life imposed on her and traveled far and wide from temple to temple to train her mind. She saw for the first time a streak of light in the corner of the dark part of her heart during this soul searching period of her life.

“The light encountered is closely related to vitality. Light for me is the power to heal a person who is heartbroken. I trained myself with Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva prayer and experienced inside my body warmness, joy and ecstasy in orderly manner and secured the energy delivered from hands. And I was sure that I could spread this energy for the people to cure their heart, soul and body and bring back their healthy life.”

Maha Mudra is still less known in Korea but related researches and lectures are gradually attracting people’s attention. Yul Hyeon’s Maha Mudra is not only about simple movements as a whole but sees that every single movement comes from the light through which she delivers massive healing energy for people to be free from pain.

Makingpeople, society and the world peaceful

Yul Hyeon says that she received sky light message in May 2010 and opened the Light Healing Meditation Center. Many people visiting the center came with complicated problems of life and complained about their suffering. They are people from all walks of lives from personages to normal citizens. Yul Hyeon used her hands to extract bad energy in their body by injecting thegood energy and power of the light.

“Having a meditation next to me in the same mind itself can create a great healing effect. If you open your mind, you can see a lot of changes happening. Every movement of my hands has a meaning. And the movement eases the pain when becomes one with the light of the universe. I met people suffering from heavy stress that they had to carry heart medicine or some of them even could not be able to sleep at night or eat well. So I applied the Maha Mudra meditation and witnessed a significant improvement and I felt really rewarded.”

Cheondo ritual sends a deceased soul in peace

The 1st Joint Memorial and Mortuary Tablet Enshrinement for Deceased People in Art and Culturea was held at Daesungsa Temple in Gapyeong County last June. It was a cheondo ritual that sends the deceased souls, who contributed to development of Korean pop music, in peace. Yul Hyeon on the day gave a performance and comforted souls.

“Cheondo means to send deceased souls to the sky. Spirits, or souls, must need the light to be sent to the sky. It was meaningful that people gathered together to appease the deceased souls and enshrine their tablets. I thought about many things on the day. Many people live with dark energies and they control the world. This might be the reason that a lot of unagreeable things are happening these days small or big. I think more people should have clear mind to create a brighter and healthier society. We need to expose our pain and seek a healing to build a better family, society and the world.”
