CEO Im Hyung-jae of Mbro Company (Chicken University)
"Chicken University functions as a restaurant and an art space"

Having a new chicken eating experience
Instead of the common 'open' sign on the door or window of a store, you see the sign is marked as 'on class' at the university-like entrance of the restaurant. Stepping into it, the chancellor greets you with the representative menu 'zzimchidak' with the lyrics of the school song on it and then you register a course (choosing a menu among zzimdak deparment, chicken department, fried chicken department) and complete it (finishing the meal) and take a phot to put on SNS for a 1,000 won discount. It is what you can experience at Chicken University.
CEO Im Hyung-jae of Mbro Company has a 30 years of experience in the franchise business and this of his unique chicken eating idea has attracted a great attention from the media home and abroad making appearances on a number of TV shows in Korea, Japan and China.
The representative 'zzimchidak' lets you to enjoy steamed chicken, fried chicken and stir-fried chicken soup in one pot added by noodles and rice as the last stage to finish it up.
Im says "Keeping the original ingredients and taste is very important. In other words, adding some thing new or different ingredients without a careful consideration can often ruin even the original taste and lose its identity. I personally think that familiarity is the best recipe from which a perfect taste is to be gained."
After filling up your stomach's desire, you can give a feedback about the food like you do at the end of the lecture you attended.

"Taste gets better when accompanied with an entertainment"
Im's creative ideas did not stop there. He brought up an event to reward a certificate of merit and scholarship to those excellent dinners while organizing a free concert or art exhibition under the project name CCP (Change Chicken Project).
For example, Im appointed a promising artist Lee Hak and offered him a support fund and used one of his works for the chicken packaging design. It is very important for Im to return part of profits to society which his team also willingly correspond.
Other notable events to name a few are guerilla busking, treasure hunt and 'my dream speech'.
To further expand these exciting and meaningful events, CEO Im is planning to organize talent donation projects to people in need with particular attention to orphanages.

Business for all
The business motto of Chicken University is 'Win-win and Communication'. Bearing this in mind, and of course putting in practice at all time, CEO Im is ambitiously taking a step by step preparation to launch a franchise. According to Im, the origin of the word 'franchise' derived from where each center runs a business with one center standing in the middle as the main force.
In order to realize this original intention, it has become Im's philosophy to treat franchisees as the franchisor's family. In other words, Im is determined to stick to his win-win management principle that can benefit all business partners but not the franchisor alone as is the case in most franchise businesses.
To take one example as part of this effort, Im never applies the same interior design to all chain stores as long as they follow the food and management standards. This must be a one single contribution, alongside cultural events, to turn Chicken University as a famous cultural food space in the Bupyeong and Sillim-dong areas.

<Power Korea> sends a message of support.
