Experienced centered education soars in the sky of job success 
Dean Kim In-Bae of Korea Polytechnics (KOPO) in Chuncheon 

In this coming up 4th industrial revolution, it is human resource that determines the biggest asset to the competiveness of companies and nations. More than other times, it is very important to have professional and intelligent talented to be able to comply and make a decision at any circumstances since we have global communications between cooperates and technologies in terms of hybrid and association. KOPO has been doing the best to educate people for that with a value of experienced centered education system and they have 34 campuses over the country. 


Famously, responsible college with their technologies for lifetime job
Chuncheon campus of KOPO was established in 1973. Since then, the college has focused on hybrid talented students with skills so that they can work on spot right away. This is how they could have been recognized of a responsible college with the technologies. Last 44 years, they produced about 3,000 people who took the bachelor of industry, and about 27,000 people who took the engineer courses. It reaches almost 300,000 and 80% of them found the jobs and they maintained their jobs at the rate of 90% as a result. It means this college contributes for giving a chance for people who are young jobseekers, baby-boomer generation and woman who cut their careers. Especially, Dean Kim In-Bae of Korea Polytechnics in the Chuncheon campus was appointed in March, 2015. He is working on innovation and leaps of the campus in there and with his leadership, something could be happened. The college was awarded the bronze from ‘2016 Korea Youth Invention Idea’ Competition sponsored by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family. Other than that, they got awarded 6 times from ‘2016 Plating Technology Competition’ sponsored by the Minister of Education and ‘2016 Design Fair’. Last January, they got an appreciation plaque from the chairman of the board at Human Resources Development Service of Korea as they got credit for their exploits of building up the ability-centered society. 
Dean Kim said “We are trying to give education for anybody and let them settle down in the industry for help under the philosophy ‘our college has to be a hall of learning’. We want to be a college in thrust for many people who make an effort for their future in this crazy economic crisis.” 

Training multitasking talented human resources that the industry needs 
The great difference in the college compared to other colleges is that they have their own Factory Learning System by the rules. First of all, hands-on experience task projects are big portioned and through this, they let students raise the practical competence on demand under any situation at work since they are supposed to learn theory and experiences as an experienced education. In addition, diverse many professors who know how to deal with things with practical ability teaches 15 students with a small group teaching program, so that they can help them to have their own capabilities within 3 years from orientation to graduation. And, professors have and take a responsibility for 10 companies to hire their students as a system that they can connect to the job later. 
Dean Kim In-Bae is doing more on various programs to enforce the characters of KOPO in Chuncheon campus. He explained, “First of all, I made a license certificate program for students to strengthen the professional and am working on education personalized talented humans who this society wants. Also, I have tried to install student cafeteria at 1 and 2 campuses with kitchens, and I am doing my best to manage the security safety programs.” It deserves to look into the true people Polytechnics program for growing the personality. At the last April, there was his lecture for the true people Polytechnics program at the first campus in there. He was talking about his story and told the students not to give up their dreams and go forward the future and the hope. Dean Kim In-Bae is from Samcheok. He used to be a President of local government and a chairman of the 6th of Samcheok city hall. His contribution helped the city develop and arouse the local economy. For that, he pointed out that it needs firm policy to keep it going for a new value and new job markets. Thus, he is thinking over being a candidate of a mayor of Samcheok in next year. He desires to dedicate himself to make a great city where he was born and volunteer for the people. 
On the other hand, students at KOPO in Chuncheon campus can get provided money from the government, which is about 1.2 million every semester. Also, there are international program for superior students, an opportunity of industrial engineer and transferring to the university. Besides, they have an occupation course for industrial-majored training through specialization of medical device industry in local. 
The first rolling admission for next year in Chuncheon campus will be opened on 11th in September. Based with abundant infrastructure and professional education flowing with hands-on experiences, the future of KOPO in Chuncheon campus that is focusing on the multiple and hybrid talented people fitting in this global era is very interesting.
