국내 케이터링 1세대, 최상의 파티 서비스로 차별화

현재 권 대표는 고객들이 소규모 파티나 다과 모임에서도 파티쿡의 음식을 즐길 수 있도록 ‘PADO’ 도시락 사업부를 운영하고 있다. 고객들은 전문 플래너와의 상담을 통해 파티에 어울리는 음식구성을 선택할 수 있으며, 이렇게 주문된 도시락은 행사 당일 제작되어 원하는 시간에 배송 받거나 매장에서 Take-out 할 수 있다. 권 대표는 “파도 도시락은 기업 행사나 단체 활동, 웨딩 답례품이나 선물 도시락으로도 활용할 수 있어 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 특히 행사 성격 및 컨셉에 맞춰 메뉴를 제안해드리기 때문에 품격 있고, 센스 있는 파티 스타일링의 중요한 요소가 되리라 생각합니다”라고 밝혔다. 또한 이와 함께 파티쿡에서는 일반 소비자들이 손쉽게 맛있는 요리를 만들 수 있도록 ‘권주희 요리소스’를 개발해 선보이고 있으며, 레스토랑 오픈을 앞둔 창업주에게는 메뉴개발에 도움이 될 요리소스를 컨설팅해주고 있다.

Party culture has been exclusive property of the western world. But it recently is immersing as a new trend among young Koreans today. This is because they feel the need of something new from just inviting people for the food they made. The new trend naturally is boosting up the catering industry which regarded as the flower of party. Introducing in this respect is Partycook. It was established in 2006, the time in which the term ‘party culture’ was non-existent in Korea. Back then itinerant buffet was the common practice if it was called a ‘party’. “I got this idea while travelling overseas and launched Partycook when back in Korea. Thankfully, my younger sister Kwon Ju-hee was a cook and I and she carried out an extensive research and preparation. This I think was the source of our success today” says CEO Gwon Yang-hee. From the planning to procedure to finish, Partycook’s excellent services are done at absolutely professionally. Pushing forward the momentum further, Partycook is ambitiously preparing to open a restaurant in near future.
