외국어 능력 우수, 외국인들의 국내법 이해 도와주는 능력 출중
박진화 노무사
중문과 출신이자 7년간 외국계 기업 내 기획업무를 담당했고, HR관련 매니지먼트 경력 및 외국계 기업, 대만 주재원 근무경력이 있다. 그리고 영어와 중국어가 능통해 국내법에 대한 이해도가 낮은 외국계 회사, 외국인 노동자들에게 효과적인 의사소통으로 최적의 노무해결사 역할을 하고 있다. 노동 인력을 쉽게 대처할 수 있는 자원으로 생각하는 경영진들을 접하고, 그 과정에서 노동자를 위해 산재나 부당해고를 해결할 수 있는 직업을 찾고자 공인노무사의 길을 택했다. 이렇게 노무사로 활동하던 중 2014년부터 함께 일하던 김광태 대표가 노무법인 다현을 개업해 함께 창립 멤버가 되었다. 기본 노무업무를 협업하되 주력 분야는 부당해고와 임금체불 상담 및 노동사건 대리이며, 앞으로 인사규정에 대한 컨설팅 업무를 늘려갈 예정이다. 노동자들이 일과 삶의 균형을 맞추는 노사문화의 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 특화된 서비스를 개발하고 있다. 그래서 상담을 위해 찾는 각 고객들의 디테일한 요구사항을 받아들여 다양한 사례를 함께 공부하고 연구하며, 개인 블로그와 카톡, 인터넷에서 무료로 노무상담 서비스를 하고 있다. 또한 평소에 노동인권에 관심이 많아 더욱 적극적인 봉사를 하고자 서울시 글로벌센터의 문을 두드려 전문상담위원직을 수행하게 되었다고 한다. 최근 사드배치 문제로 얼어붙은 한한령이 풀리면서, 앞으로 중국계 회사가 한국에 진출하거나, 반대로 한국 회사가 중국 및 중화권 국가로 진출했을 때 노무법인 다현 소속으로서 유익한 가교 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. 해외 노동자들의 문화적 차이가 한국 경영자와 마찰을 빚을 때, 한국의 근로기준법을 부드럽게 전달하고 양자 간 문제를 잘 절충하여 해결하는 스타일이다. 박 노무사는 지난 해 출산 후 아이를 키우며 노무사 활동을 병행하는 중인데, 엄마로서 화려한 스펙의 의사보다는 아이의 상태를 잘 진단할 수 있는 의사를 찾듯이 문제 예방 지향적이고 작은 부분에서도 꼼꼼하게 점검하는 엄마의 마음으로 노동자를 만족시키는 노무사를 추구한다고 한다.

김형준 노무사

김연수 노무사

Park Jin-hwa fluent in English and Chinese
She majored in Chinese and took charge in Planning & IE at a foreign corporation which she worked for 7 years. She also built a career as a sojourning employee in Taiwan through which she accumulated her unique knowledge and experience. With her proficiency in Chinese and English and her challenges in various fields, Park Jin-hwa is optimized for dealing with issues relating to foreign companies and workers who are lacking in understanding of the domestic law. She joined DAHYUN in 2015 as one of the founding members with her firm will to make contributions to building sound labor-management relations in Korea. Kim Hyung-joon second to none when it comes to HR management
Kim majored in economics and worked as the director general of the HR Planning of SK Group in energy affiliate. Noticing the growing of his interest in HR management, he obtained labor attorney certificate and joined DAHYUN on recommendation of his senior colleague in the labor union. He is regarded as one of the best HR management and consulting experts in particular in large and/or foreign companies. Years of his experience tells that there are limitations to giving fragmentary information or advice and for this reason he prefers brining up whole and substantial solutions based on overall analysis of the case. ‘Communication’ probably is the word that can give an immediate image about him. Substantial and communicative he is, Kim visits Itaewon, Hyehwa and Daerim, the foreign resident-dense villages in Seoul, and gives free consulting on labor contract, overdue wages and industrial accidents in the booth set up there on a regular basis. Kim Yeon-su excellence stands out in arbitration
Unlike the two above, Kim Yeon-su has a rather unique background; she worked at a wine school in Canada. Joining DAHYUN in May 2016 might seem as unique as her career in the wine school but we had better leave the rest of the story behind for the limited page allowance here. She takes charge in the remuneration management for foreign franchise companies mainly in food or others. She is a holder of Teacher’s Certificate in Social Studies and makes the most of it to demonstrate a great ability in training franchisees on HR management. Kim is fully aware of the newly revised laws and quick to bring up solutions to settle down the conflict before both sides bring the case to the court. During her labor attorney career, Kim often witnessed the common practice that the foreign companies send the head of the HR to Korea whose understanding of the domestic law is almost zero and to make things worse the company’s Korean office put an accountant in charge of the HR. The solution for now is to bridge (or arbitrate) the job through email and conference call. But this is not as easy as it sounds: the arbitrator must be in understanding of the employees of the company and its HR as complications can occur in payroll, tax and the 4 insurances.
