Oh predicts that there will not be a sudden price change in the real estate market and an ease of regulation and consistent housing policies are expected to be introduced after the presidential election. Oh points out the need of reducing the tax rate to the OECD standard and of lifting the development limit in order to activate the market. Oh advises that we can find promising areas faster than others by paying attention to the economic free zones and industrial complexes as well as cities with excellent accessibilities. Oh names Songsan Green City as the most promising area at the moment for GTX (Great Train Express), the 2nd Seohaean Expressway and the 2nd Outer Ring Road will connect the area to Seoul efficiently and its 17 times bigger land capacity than Yeouido invites marine resort, yachting center, theme park and golf course. "It has a great possibility to grow as an international tourist city and the KTX also passes by the area." Oh also tipped "The West Yeoju IC and the Sejongdaewangreung Station of Seongnam-Yeoju railway are also promising to grow alongside Yeoju outlet. Also, the world's largest scale Samsung Semiconductor Industrial Complex with 100 trillion won investment is being built in Anjung-eup, Pyeongtaek City at the moment and an international city is also expected to be created around the Godeok Industrial Complex. So the areas around Mungok-ri, Anjunggeun Station, Samjeong-ri and Hwangsan-ri are highly promising for making an investment." Oh added one more helpful tip that the Chinese town in the Hwanghae Free Economic Zone also was worth mentioning for investment.
