"You can start one with as little money as used to open a normal restaurant and we've already prepared a comprehensive recipe and manual book." The current two branches run in Sangnam-dong and Hapseong-dong are experiencing a considerable figure in sales. But more important thing to take into consideration is excellent customer services according to Jung. "The owner or the chef must actively engage in the business as the staff are just working there to get paid at the end of the day. Asking each diner whether the food was good and they were satisfied is as important as preparing fresh ingredients.
