CEO Lee Ui-sang of Danhee Real Estate Research Center is known as a 'real estate doctor'. Lee's seminars and efficient consulting methods for profitable real estate investment are highly praised by many retirees and one-man business owners. Danhee is his nickname meaning 'brighten the world like the morning sun'. He put up his catch phrase 'earn a rent in the 50s from investment techniques in the 40s' on his blog. He worked for KEPCO in the past during which he studied hard to be a licensed real estate agent. With his dream to run his own business, he quit when he was 36 but had to drink a bitter cup at his slice room with huge debts. Undaunted, he tried again and again and finally made a success in the field. "Many people in their 50s are eventually ended up with only a house registered on their name. To those who live in the provinces or do not have time for consulting, Lee offers his knowhow through a free app designed for the 40s in employment. His 'secret of the art of my own architecture mastered in 3 days' in particular gives insights on market research, business value, areas, design, construction and asset management called PM (Project Manager). As for the future plan, Lee is working on opening an 'academy for independence of employeed people' within 5 years.
