We met him to hear how he could make the reliable communal system of rural housing with reasonable prices.

made a shortcut to happy rural life. 

Why should rural housings executed by person for the purpose of a new rural life or reinvestment in land after retirement fail in settlement normally over 70%? President Park who has had rural life for 20 years after living in Seoul for 30 years doubted about exceeding agency estimation while working as licensed real estate agent. He was sure that he could build houses at the price of around 60% of the estimation by jointly buying and developing a large piece of land. President Park, who had become a specialist in land realizing that he bought land by paying through his nose when he first came to the farm, thought hard about how to reduce the unit cost to vicarious executions for service in the cost of engineering works.  It was because apartment or tenement involves margin and it was impossible to avoid incidental expenses even for construction cost. Since, if 30 lots or 1-2 lots absolutely take one year it is possible to reduce the unit cost through permit, design and building without margin for developer by joint development, this would complete a community in the form of complex collecting personal suburban houses. To thus completed complex suburban houses arises added value such as the government’s tax reductions. At first it was a small size of two or three households but benefit increased when it reached 5-30 households, so being encouraged, president Park opened the café ‘Mountain Rural Housing’ and recruited membership.
