Total cleaning service to make the environment pleasant and safe

Shim Jae-il, president of K-Clean

Change in our life pattern, such as increase in one-man family and two-paycheck couple, is also changing the perception about the space in which we stay and work. Especially, demands for pleasant and clean residential space and working environment are daily increasing. K-Clean, a total cleaning service company founded in 2009, is providing systematic total cleaning service not just for ordinary home’s move-in, removal, residence, electric home appliances, boiler and piped water but for school, office, shop, factory and large enterprise as well.

Zeal for the customer’s health, safety and satisfaction

Currently possessed of 32 branch retail stores around the country and 200 personnel, K-Clean has built up into an eco-friendly cleaning and construction enterprise representing Korea. The company is providing total care service to keep diverse pollutants and harmful substances arising in our life from doing harm to our health and maintain pleasant environment all the time. President Shin Jae-il explained, “Small pollutions in everyday life may seem insignificant at first, but as time goes on, they lead to corruption and corrosion. This causes disease that threatens our health and life and may be responsible for the danger such as fire or explosion.” Actually, ‘MERS’ which hit the Korean Peninsula last year was spread like fire through air con and molds or harmful germs in the washer, house dust mite in every corner of the house, Sick House Syndrome, etc. induce every kind of ailments in question. So we cannot overestimate the importance of keeping our surroundings clean and purified.

President Shim said “I think it our duty to prevent these harmful things from doing harm to customers’ health and help them lead a healthy life in pleasant environment.” K-Clean also provides eco-friendly repair interior service such as insect net and veranda for blocking fine dust and construction for preventing bathroom molds. Especially, the company boasts of the top-class technology and service quality with diverse patent technology in consideration of safety and environment, such as care using natural cypress phytoncide, silver nanoparticle coating and high-strength gloss filament eco-friendly net. Besides, K-Clean is providing technical assistance and cleaning service for the first time in the nation through partnership with large enterprises such as E-T Land, HiMart, etc.

“Will be an eco-friendly cleaning & construction service company representing Korea.”

Building up from no-shop one-man startup until Korea’s No. 1 cleaning service company, K-Clean was led by the philosophy or the service mindset of ‘The customer is king.’ President Shim clarified, “Profit of the company is important but more important is to provide the service for customers’ health and safety that can be satisfied by them. Thinking that without customers, we would be nowhere, we are always going to do our best for each and every customer without forgetting our original intention.”

Such a belief can be also seen in the operating system of K-Clean. While other cleaning companies focus only on excessive competition and cost reduction using non-professional manpower with low cleaning technology or increasing customer complaint with the careless finish, K-Clean is applying direct management system with branches and personnel managed by the head office so that any place in the country may experience the same and high-quality service. The company is making efforts to strengthen capabilities and professionalism from startup training to regular staff training through three educational sites around the country. President Shim said, “Despite the nationwide depression, demands for cleaning vicarious execution are not falling. Compared to any business item, this cannot be beaten for successful startup as the most suitable item. I hope many people who want to make challenge for their future will be interested.”

President Shin Jae-il aims to build up K-Clean as an enterprise which has its voice in the world, not just as a cleaning service one representing Korea. He also said that he wants to direct energies toward social contribution and environmental protection for future generations following the example of CRS activity by ‘KARCHER,’ Germany’s global cleaning company. It seems future movements of K-Clean, specialized in the service for more people’s health and happiness, are hard to stay out of the spotlight.
