The common conception about outsourcing is changing. Client’s demand for quality services has gone up and the need for securing industry specialists and professional service providers has strengthened. Established in 2014 in Haeundae, Busan, Korea Job & Job has provided services that are needed for opening and running a hospital. Moon says “Effective management of staff is an important part of running a hospital. Outsourcing in this respect can satisfy its needs and wants and can make the hospital focus on medical services. It can also reduce operating cost while enhancing management.” Moon continues “The role of care workers is very important in the medical industry. ‘Kindness’ is our top priority and we are currently providing our specialists for 10 hospitals and rehabilitation facilities in the region with our philosophy of ‘excellent customer services’.” Moon has worked in the service industry for more than 10 years and he used the most of his knowhow and experience to foster specialists and to provide professional services based on mutual trust between patients and care workers. He built a practical training system and puts efficient communication and work flow above anything else. Another advantage of Korea Job & Job is that it also connects specialists in real estate, interior design, medical equipment, accounting and CRM system to business. Moon says “We are also providing services for financial management, finding right location to open a hospital and customized marketing consulting.” 

Contributing to local community
The efficient management and differentiated training system were the foundation for Korea Job & Job to grow much. The company now has 200 specialists with KRW 5 billion capital and has achieved its goal of KRW 1.5 billing revenue. Moon says “We have focused on care workers so far but we are planning to expand the service areas to cleaning, security and quarantine. We already have obtained business license as well as related equipment.” Meanwhile, Korea Job & Job has actively participated in community services thanks to the devotion of Moon’s mother (Director of Korea Job & Job). She started run a charity ‘129’ from 1995 and has helped many people in need. Moon says “I wasn’t that favorable for her devotion to helping others when I was young.
