Chairman Peter Seo of First P.N.S One. Inc
Grand Opening of Ramada Seogwipo Jeju in June
Luxury and excellence of Ramada Seogwipo rising as a landmark of Jeju

Meet a luxury hotel and its excellence at Ramada Seogwipo
Jeju undoubtly is the most popular tourist attraction in Korea. The island is continuously experiencing an increase in number of visitors which is making the hotel business, especially premium hotels, on the island more thriving than ever before. However, more hotels do not necessarily mean a high level of customer satisfaction as it has rather been spinning its wheels. This is because they have focused on expanding number of rooms over facility improvement. The good news is that First P.N.S One's Ramada Seogwipo, which will satisfy customer's wants and needs, is due to open in late June this year. Seogwipo city is expected to be the center of tourist attraction in Jeju thanks to its newly built harbor that can accommodate cruise ships coming from the world and Ramada Seogwipo is located right near the harbor that is surrounded by the 7 Olle Trails of the Halla Mountain and Jungmun Tourist Complex. Chairman Peter Seo of First P.N.S One says "If Ramada Hamdeok is located right near Hamdeok Beach, you can now enjoy the 3 sides of the sea and the Halla Mountain behind at Ramada Seogwipo."

Be treated like a VIP while watching the clear turquoise sea at Ramada Seogwipo
Ramada Seogwipo is built on a 1,269.00§³ land and boasts total of 172 rooms including standard deluxe, standard superior and suite as well as sky lounge, aroma therapy room, sauna, fitness club, PDR Room used for a meeting or a private party and EFL (Executive Floor Lounge) Bar where you can enjoy a view of the Olle Trails over a drink. The hotel's free shuttle buses conveniently shift you to the airport, the Seogwipo Health Care Complex and other various tourist attractions. You can also enjoy an exercise at the premium fitness club and spend time at EFL Bar, customized for VIP guests, on the 9th and 10th floors of the hotel. Chairman Seo says "Instead of using the 9th and 10th floors for more rooms, which will create more profits, I have made them into a fitness club and a sky lounge so that the guests can have a quality time and relaxation by watching the clear turquoise sea."

First P.N.S One opening a new era for investment
Ramada is a hotel chain of Wyndham Group that runs total of 17 hotel brands worldwide. And First P.N.S One is a company approved by Headquarters of Ramada for construction and management of the hotel. With the support of Ramada, which runs 520 hotels in the world, Chairman Seo is ambitious to lead the tourist industry in Jeju by using the island's beautiful landscape and the good infrastructure such as the recently built naval base and the cruise harbor. Ramada runs several brands such as 'Ramada Plaza' and 'Ramada' (premium hotels) and 'Ramada Angkor' (general hotel). Ramada Plaza Jeju, Ramada Seogwipo and Ramada Seoul all belong to the former category. In terms of the health and safety regulations of the hotels, both Ramada Hamdeok and Ramada Seogwipo have satisfied all the necessary requirements and standards of the Korea Tourism Organization as well as Ramada's 3,000 pages of manuals.

Creating a new service market by connecting Ramada Hotel brands
Chairman Seo parceled out all the rooms of Ramada Hamdeok within 3 weeks of the first opening. The soon to be open Ramada Seogwipo also has drawn up a great number of contracts in advance. Chairman Seo says "We are currently preparing to open the newly built Ramada Hamdeok (the 2nd Ramada Hamdeok) which boasts 151 rooms and also to launch Ramada Resort & Hotel in Seongsan-eup, Jeju.

Free shuttle bus and car rental service
Ramada Seogwipo's free shuttle buses connect you from the airport to Ramada Hamdeok, Ramada Seogwipo and a variety of tourist attractions on the island. This means that you can experience an ultimate stay and tour at one go without hassling to find each necessary means of accommodation and transport. You can hardly find the shuttle bus service like Ramada Jeju anywhere else in Korea.

Ramada' Seogwipo's car rental service, on the other hand, is a totally new concept rental service. You do not need to worry about the frustration you might have to encounter, such as contract, insurance and accidents, when renting a car from the existing service providers as the hotel provides the service with its own cars according to the type of rooms you stay. Chairman Seo says "Being a global hotel means providing the global level services. Ramada Seogwipo runs rental cars in various sizes and models including BMW and Mercedes-Benz."

Meanwhile, First P.N.S One provides excellent benefits for the investors. If you become a member (investor) of Ramada, you are entitled to enjoy the affiliated hotels nationwide including Ramada Seogwipo, Ramada Hamdeok, Sokcho Ramada Angkor and Taebaek Ramada for 10 days a year free of charge. First P.N.S One also is planning to run a program that connects Sokcho Ramada Angkor and Taebaek Ramada to other Ramada brands starting from July this year.

Taking initiative in providing excellent customer services
In order to provide excellent customer services, Chairman Seo actively engages himself in design, construction and management. Seo explains "I travel the whole world on a regular basis to see and learn the facilities and management of the top hotels and adopt their good points to our services as I'm ambitious to make Ramada Hotel go global." Meanwhile, First P.N.S One has won various awards including The 2015 Korea Culture Management Awards (The Herald Business), The Customer Satisfaction+ Management Awards (The Hankyung) and The Korea's Influential CEO Awards (The TV Chosun). <Power Korea> wishes Chairman Seo and First P.N.S One a great sucess in 2016.
