건축의 화룡점정인 디자인에 특화되어 공간경영의 개념 확립

인테리어, 호텔, 견본주택(주택모델하우스)에서 박물관, 전시관, 테마파크 설계에 이르기까지 건축디자인의 광범위한 영역을 커버하고 있는 ㈜오츠메쎄는 2011년 설립된 기업이다. 주로 박물관, 전시, 테마파크 설계 및 시공 기업으로 공간 경영의 완벽한 솔루션을 제공하며 참신한 기획력과 차별화된 디자인을 하는 것으로 유명하다. 용역이 아닌 디자인 설계에서 시공, 관리까지 전 분야의 솔루션을 제공하는 것을 회사의 모토로 삼고 있기 때문이다. 최근에는 견본주택(주택모델하우스)설계 및 시공, 호텔 설계 및 시공, 전문병원 설계 및 시공 등 다양한 분야의 인테리어를 표현함으로써 국내 디자인 인테리어 전문기업으로 부각되고 있으며, 중국 유네스코 지정 중국 도강언 이태공원 테마파크 디자인설계 및 중국 린이 지역 어린이 키즈 관련 워터파크 설계 및 시공계약이 이루어지는 등 해외프로젝트에 대한 디자인설계의 글로벌 역량까지도 강화하고 있다.

현재 인테리어 사업 분야 중 견본주택(주택 모델하우스)의 경우, 국내 대부분의 그룹건설사 협력업체로써 건립이 이루어지고 있으며, 전문병원 공사의 경우, 병원의 특수성을 고려한 설계 및 시공으로 마감품질과 공간기능에 대해 전문기업의 역량을 보여주고 있으며, 호텔과 관련된 프로젝트는 컨셉 제안 및 기획설계에서부터 실시설계, 시공, 공사 CM등 전문호텔PM기획 회사로의 업무를 진행해오고 있다.

이러한 역량을 바탕으로 2016년에는 창립 5년만에 매출 300억 원을 앞두고 있다. (주)오츠메쎄가 본격적으로 인테리어와 디자인 설계를 표방하기 시작한 것은 2015년이지만 단 1년 만에 건설사, 견본주택(주택모델하우스), 박물관, 전시관, 기념관 및 호텔, 리조트, 자체 브랜딩한 프랜차이즈(블랙 래빗)등 감각이 필요한 분야에서도 두각을 보이고 있으며, (주)오츠메쎄의 대표이사 안연회는 업계에서 20년 이상의 경력과 경영 노하우로 새로운 패러다임의 인테리어와 테마파크를 계획하고 있으며 다양한 분야로 더욱 확장 할 것이다.

“건축설계는 산업디자인 분야에서도 시간 및 정확한 디테일과의 싸움이기도 하다. 건축 설계를 설치예술의 경지로 올리기 위해서는 먼저 기술이 완성되어야 한다. (주)오츠메쎄는 다양한 인테리어와 디자인 설계 모델하우스 수주와 공사를 진행하고 규모가 커져 유네스코 지정된 중국 도강언 이퇴공원의 설계와 수주도 진행했다. 그래서 3D프린팅의 설계데이터 및 스캐닝 데이터 기술을 이용에 광범위한 영역에 활용하고 있다.”

(주)오츠메쎄는 3D프린팅 9종과 대형 2D레이저 조각기를 보유하여 작은 형태를 여러 번 조각해 맞추는 것이 아니라, 대형 사이즈를 한 번에 출력할 수 있으며 속도도 평균 5배 이상 빨라졌다. 현재 3D프린팅 전문 인력과 우수한 장비를 동시에 갖추고 업무에 임하고 있다. 또한 창의성을 중시하는 기업 분위기를 통해 공간에서 문화를 창조하는 디자인과 인테리어의 수주가 많다. 안 대표는 획일적인 공간보다는 테마가 있는 건물을 선호하기에 기업관, 환경디자인, 문화전시관, 역사박물관 계열에 일가견이 있다. 그래서 안 대표가 지난해 테마파크 기획 디자이너이자 전문가로써 출간한<테마파크 33-테마파크에 대해 알아두기 33가지>는 놀이문화의 장을 제작하기 위한 이론, 시행착오를 줄일 체계적인 순서와 방향, 아이디어를 얻는 방식이 정리되어 있다. 안 대표는 대가야 역사문화체험단지 고령지구, 삼국유사 가온누리 군위지구 조성사업의 계획안을 만들었고, 아파트 단지를 위한 환경디자인<동굴의 우상>, <바다속 여행>, <용감한 아이들> 등을 구상했으며, 테마가 있는 조각 조형물을 건축물과 조화시켜 주목을 받기도 했다. 이러한 차별성으로 업계를 이끌고 있는 안 대표의 공간경영 싱크탱크 (주)오츠메쎄, 이들의 공간 솔루션은 꿈을 현실로 만드는 산업디자인의 이상을 향한 도전이다.

Specialized design brings the conception of space management
Established in 2011, architectural design firm ORTS_MESSE has provided architectural design services for hotels, model houses, museums, exhibition halls and theme parks. The firm is famous for providing perfect solutions for design, construction and space management with its unique ideas and differentiated design. Quite recently, ORTS_MESSE expanded the scope of business to interior and construction services covering model houses, hotels, hospitals, exhibition halls and resorts and even launched a franchise brand 'Black Rabbit'. ORTS_MESSE also signed a contract with Chinese companies for designing Dujiangyan Itae Theme Park and a water park for children. In terms of model house constructions, ORTS_MESSE is participating in most projects in partnership with major companies, finishing and space function in terms of hospital construction, and working in the form of PM company in terms of hotel construction covering from design and construction to construction CM. With these great achievements, CEO Ahn is expecting to make KRW 30 billion sales this year. Ahn is a veteran who has 20 years of experience in the field. He said "I'm planning a new paradigm interior and theme park and will expand the scope of business to various field. Architectural design in a way is a game of time and attention to detail and technology is a must to raise architectural design into a state of art. ORTS_MESSE has done numerous design and model house constructions including UNESCO designated Dujiangyan Itae Theme Park in China. And I use 3D printing design data and scanning data to create models to cover this wide areas of my business. " ORTS_MESSE currently has 9 kinds of 3D printers and a large 2D laser carving machine which can print a large size work at one go with 5 times improved speed. Ahn has a great eye for art and design and is good at designing culture and environment related buildings. His book '33 Kinds of Hints for Theme Park' is a good example of presenting his knowledge and knowhow in the field. Ahn made a blueprint for Gaya History & Culture Experience Complex in Goryeong Country, Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms Gaonnuri Preparation Project in Gunwi County, and the theme parks of apartment complex titled 'Idol of Cave', 'Travel In The Sea' and 'Brave Children'. Ahn also attracted much attention for his innovative combination of sculpture with building. It is ORTS_MESSE's motto to make people's dream come true with innovation in space.
