외교부, 제1차 한-불 외교장관 전략대화 개최
윤병세 외교부장관이 방한 힌 장-마크 에호(Jean-Marc Ayrault) 프랑스 외교,국제개발부 장관과 지난 달 24 제1차 한-불 외교장관 전략대화 개최하고, 양자관계, 북핵 및 북한인권을 포함한 한반도 정세, 시리아․리비아 등 지역정세 및 테러, 기후변화 문제를 포함한 국제적 현안 등에 대해 심도있는 협의를 가졌다. 금번 전략대화는 작년 11월 올랑드 대통령 국빈 방한시 채택된“21세기 포괄적 동반자 관계 강화를 위한 행동계획”이행 차원에서 양국간 최초로 개최되었다. 양 장관은 올해 수교 130주년을 맞아 350여개의 다양한 행사로 구성되어 있는 역대 최대 규모의‘한-불 상호교류의 해’행사를 통해 양국간 ‘21세기 포괄적 동반자 관계’를 한 단계 도약시키는 계기가 되도록 하자는데 의견을 같이 하였다. 양 장관은 또한 한-불 양국이 정무분야 뿐만 아니라 창조경제 및 문화융성의 최적의 파트너로서 신산업, 우주항공, 문화콘텐츠, 교육,언어, 스포츠, 요리, 관광 등 다양한 분야에서의 실질협력 관계를 미래지향적이고 상호 호혜적으로 심화.발전시켜 나가자고 하였다. 윤 장관은 에호 장관이 지난 2.12. 프랑스 외교장관으로 취임한 이래 짧은 시간 내 아시아 국가로는 최초로 한국을 방문한 것을 평가하였고, 한-불 양국이 지난 130년간의 우의를 바탕으로 우호협력관계를 더욱 강화시켜 나가자고 하였다. 윤 장관은 최근 북한의 호전적 언동과 인권상황 등 북한정세 전반에 대해 상세히 설명하였다. 이에 대해 에호 장관은 오늘 오전 북한 이탈주민 면담을 통해 열악한 북한의 인권상황을 보다 명확히 인식하게 되었다고 하면서, 향후 북한 인권상황 개선과 대북제재 이행은 물론, EU차원의 독자제재 채택을 위해 적극적으로 협력할 것이며, 나아가 한반도 평화통일을 위해서도 우리정부와 지속적으로 협력해 나가기로 하였다. 

한편, 양 장관은 전략대화에 앞서 개최된 한-불 리더스 포럼 개막식에서 ‘한-불 관계 130년의 회고와 전망’을 주제로 한 기조연설을 통해 양국간 포괄적 동반자 관계 강화를 위한 비전과 구체적 협력 방향을 제시하였다. 

외교부 워킹홀리데이 인포센터 개소
외교부는 김완중 재외동포영사국장 및 워킹홀리데이 프로그램 유경험자 등이 참석한 가운데 광화문 도렴빌딩에서 워킹홀리데이 인포센터 이전 개소식을 개최했다. 워킹홀리데이 인포센터는 워킹홀리데이 우리 참가자들에게 출국 전 현지 생활 및 안전 정보를 제공하고 상담을 실시하는 등 워킹홀리데이 예비 참가자들이 안전하게 워킹홀리데이에 참여할 수 있도록 사전 준비를 돕는 역할을 수행하는 동시에, 워킹홀리데이를 위해 우리나라를 찾는 외국인 참가자들에게도 한국생활 정보와 상담서비스를 제공 한다. 워킹홀리데이 인포센터는 금번 확장 이전을 통하여 상담 전용공간을 확보, 매주 금요일 국가별 참가자 오리엔테이션을 개최하고 예비참가자들을 위한 모임장소를 제공하는 한편, 외국인 참가자들에 대한 상담 기능을 강화하는 등 워킹홀리데이 내외국인 참가자를 위한 정보 제공 등 지원 프로그램을 보다 내실화할 예정이다. 외교부는 워킹홀리데이 인포센터 이전 개소를 통해 해외로 진출하는 우리 워킹홀리데이 참가자들이 해외에서 일과 여행을 병행하면서 능력과 경험을 배양할 수 있도록 여건을 조성하고 우리 청년층의 해외진출 활성화를 도모해 나갈 예정이다. 

Yun holds 1st Korea-France Foreign Minister Strategic Dialogue
Yun Byung-se, Minister of Foreign Affairs, with French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault, held 1st Korea-France Foreign Minister Strategic Dialogue on 24 last month and discussed on mutual relationship, the North's nuclear ambition and human rights, the current situation on the Korean Peninsular and the Middle East, terrorism and climate change. It was the first time that this kind of dialogue was taken place between the two countries and it was part of implementing the agreement 'Action Plan For Strengthening Comprehensive Partnership In The 21st Century' adopted when French President François Hollande visited Korea last November. This year also is the start year of France Coree 2015/16 celebrating the 130th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the two ministers agreed to make the year as momentum to further strengthen Comprehensive Partnership In The 21st and a cooperation in various fields including new industries, space-air, cultural contents, education, language, sports, cooking and tourism. Yun pointed out that Ayrault chose Korea as the first Asian country to visit and explained about the North's constant threatening and human rights. Ayrault said that he met North Korea defectors that morning and learn about the situation and would give a support for EU's sanction on the North as well as for peaceful unification. 

Yun opens Working Holiday Information Center
Yun Byung-se, Minister of Foreign Affairs, held an opening ceremony of new Working Holiday Information Center at Doryeom Building, Gwanghwamun by inviting Kim Wan-joong, Director of the Overseas Koreans and Consular Affairs Bureau and those who have experienced working holiday programmes. The center provides Koreans information and consulting on life and safety of the overseas locals and vice versa for foreigners. As the center has bigger space in the new building, visitors can enjoy and participate more programmes such as consulting, orientation and information share. The ministry and the center will closely work together to provide comprehensive working holiday programmes and information so that the participants can enjoy a safe yet effective work experience overseas.
