CEO Yook has worked for Ochang NongHyup for 26 years. Since he was promoted to CEO of Ochang NongHyup Gas Station in March 2014, the sales of the gas station increased rapidly and it contributed to creating additional profits of Ochang NongHyup (agricultural cooperative) significantly. The gas station belongs to the Sales Business Department of Ochang NongHyup. It brought KRW 180 billion with 8.13% growth rate to the NongHyup while the Sales Business Department KRW 264 billion with 21.4% growth rate. Yook in particular increased the sales by 3 times on previous years and contributed to spreading the excellence of Ochang NongHyup's products to the nation. He says "Running a gas station was more difficult than I predicted. I focused on two things; profits and excellent customer services. I then started to reform the system and improved the facilities to bring a good result."

Ochang NongHyup Gas Station is famous for its 'No Touch No Brush' car wash. Literally, the machine does not leave any scratch or mark on the car. CEO Yook also runs 'Customer Care Room' within the gas station so that the drivers and/or the residents can rest and share a story. Apart from his CEO's role, Yook is actively engaged in social service activities through Lions Club. He obtained certificates of Second Degree Distribution Manager and Second Degree Social Worker and has been donating KRW 40,000 with his son to local charity organizations every month for 10 years.

Yook points out three elements to be a good CEO; Premium, Professional, Different. He does not take making profits as top priority but raising the mage of NongHyup. For this, he and his staff are working together to create an exciting and friendly work place and to provide the best customer service. The gas station also issued a card so that the customers can accumulate their points. Yook added "My goal is to make Ochang NongHyup Gas Station the best in quality and service in Korea." Thanks to his contribution and achievements, Yook won numerous prizes including 2000 Agriculture Instructor Award and 2016 New Korean Award hosted by The Sisa Today. But in terms of customer service, his winning of 2016 Korea Value Management Award in the customer satisfaction category is more meaningful. Power Korea sends a message of support to Yook.
