Surely, when most people think of “relationship’ only as a word, they assume that this kind of education is only for people who are working for making contracts and marketing, however, it can be for everybody who wants to communicated with co-workers in a team. For that, we met CEO Gang Won of NT KOREA who set up for that term, the business relationship, for the first time and has created various lectures for listeners by their needs and characters. Here is his know-how for consulting and curriculums. 

How to lead working relationship 
The concept of the relationship business is that there are so many chances in the complicated relationship. Based on that, it would make a company education in various fields such as negotiation, communication, team work, DISC & BPA behavioral type test, conflict management and so on. We asked him about the motivation to bring up the relationship business. 

“Not only negotiating with someone but also every business can be defined as a kind of relations. Therefore, for more effective business, people have to build up for beneficial relationship in the business first of all. So, this is where the relationship business comes from. In the relationship business, ‘work relationship’ is the concept of an advantageous state to get what the person wants based on trust and cooperation. My major job is that I teach people to make a proper work relationship under any circumstances.” Korea is the country doesn’t have healthy expression in emotions. CEO Gang emphasized that the ability to express themselves clearly and drive the relationship as long as they want more and more. Before he started his company, NT KOREA, he used to work for HYUNDAE MOTORS and DAELIM. From lots of experiences while he worked there, he talked about his own stories about negotiation hands-on experience mixed with some games and humors so that listeners don’t feel bored, speaking about his lecture style. Generally, comparing to other company education or training session for theory and work lecture, his lecture is quite popular to listeners during the lecture since he is trying to entertain them on his own way and even his expertise of duty and job area. 

As for living in this modern society, more necessary relationship business indeed 
CEO Gang introduced that he has a free soul. Not only lecturing, he is dreaming of being a drama writer in the future. So, he is writing scenario whenever he has time. Beyond the lecture activity, he said he is planning things more than now. The reason why he hopes to the relationship business that he has been studying for a long time to negotiate with others is one of them. 

“The relationship business is getting more important, because it is mandatory. Although I have other speeches for something else, I have been sending the relationship business contents all the time and expect the concept would be friendlier to us someday. In fact, our daily life is a series of negotiation in a way. When there is a problem at work or there is a team meeting, knowing the way to express their ideas and thoughts has to be known to everyone. In the world that the importance of relationship is getting very important, I am sure that the relationship business could give fresher and newer solution.”

The negotiation in this modern society, at the moment, we might explain all the relationship with environments instead of exchanging between me and another. In the past, it was possible to be successful only by knowledge and license but now it is not working at all. After all, we better think over how to build up the business network throughout the studying since the negotiation skill is more considered rather than before.
