Good tax services company will make your business grow
"Tax accountant's ability will become more important for management of a company“

Manager/tax accountant Lee Sang-hwa of Nice Tax Accounting Corp Geumcheon Branch
Lee and the team provide a total tax care services

If you are a business owner, you might have experienced some tax problems. There are many kinds of taxes such as income tax and corporate tax, etc, but there are also ways to reduce your tax if only you know the ways. For this reason, many of large and even SMEs hire competent tax accountants. Manager Lee Sang-hwa of Nice Tax Accounting Corp Geumcheon Branch used to be one of those who worked for a major corporation. He started to run his own tax services company and opened a network-type Nice Tax Accounting Corp Geumcheon Branch in July 2013. Lee knows everything about tax from A to Z and he predicts that customized tax services, over the existing office-centered services, will be highly sought after in the near future. He says "We officially call our business as 'Accounting & Financial Outsourcing'. It is a total tax care service and you can call us as highly competent secretaries specialized in tax. We do everything from financial management, tax invoice, expenses management to administrative advice." Their job also include preventing any illegal transactions to keep financial health. Lee continues "Many of small business owners often asked us to work for them at an additional fee as his/her competent tax accountants usually quit as soon as they start working due to the size of the business. This means that the more business owners communicate with their tax accountants the more they receive practical tax information. If our client's businesses are growing, we are the ones who will be happier than them.“

Tax reduction but not tax evasion

Lee has seen many cases that some companies are knowledgable at management but at tax and expenses. He says "They can reduce tax by not registering their employees in the hope of not paying 4 major insurances. But it comes back with bigger tax as it's calculated based on the company's net profit. They cannot turn this back once it's done as additional tax needs to be reported every 6 months and income tax yearly. There are also policies which can give reductions on 4 major insurances but they don't know about this." Lee advises that business owners need to prepare for the tax incurred when they resign or over financial settlement. He says "Once the transaction is left on the book, you cannot erase it and do it again but it's permanent. These cases include the expenses spent by CEO but transferred to fill it up by different depositor other than the CEO, and you and your partner company do not offset the money on credit. Also bear in mind is that the bank you borrowed money from sees your financial statement first rather than the amount of tax you have paid. Banks tend to examine your business potential or real estate you posses even if you don't have sufficient size of capital right now. They decide redemption period every 6 moths based on net profit and capital surplus. In all these processes, managing your financial statement sound and healthy is crucial." Just one principle to remember: focus on tax reduction but not tax evasion and work closely together with professional tax accountants. Meanwhile, Lee is active as a power intellectual at Naver in the tax category. He says that a tax accountant is your second spouse. The new revised tax law, which take into consideration 'depreciation cost of sole proprietors' and 'vehicle log', will be effective from this year and business owners are highly advised to work with competent tax account like Lee. Power Korea wishes Lee and Nice Tax Accounting Corp Geumcheon Branch a great 2016.
