Creating a sensation with fashion and video images
CAZA saw a thirst for new design in 2015/2016

Fur was a symbol for rich in the 70s and 80s with the preference for wedding gifts. Rich people boasted it in various gatherings and parties to show their wealth. But it was heavy and expansive and unpractical to wear casually. However, the recent trend made it light and shifted the consumer groups in their 20s and 30s from 40s. Among many fur brands in today's market, CAZA is creating a sensation among young people by adding posh and trendy to its design. CEO Chris Park is a Korean fur/leather designer and an art producer. She established a visual fashion group 'Chunqiu Fullart Group' and launched her unique design brand CAZA 5 years ago. When CAZA received an explosive response in Hyundai Department Store she expressed her overwhelming emotion by saying "I saw a thirst for new design and this winter will be remembered as special years in the history of CAZA." The brand was invited to Hyundai Dept. Store's Black Friday Best Fur Brand Invitation Exhibition held in numerous branches: Apgujeong-dong, Trade Center, Mok-dong and Shinchon from October 2015. Park's design covered from European to minimal with a variety of product lines and drew a great attention from people in 30s to 50s.

Catching consumer's eye through visual and fashion

Chunqui Fullart Group is a video image fashion production company and CEO Chris Park (Park Kook-hwa in Korean) suggested a unique fashion icon by combining video images with fashion under the theme of "Our fashion speaks with visual". Park used to work for Beijing Spring and Autumn Age Culture Limited as a joint movie producer. She launched a bidirectional communication project 'CAZA Interactive Art Movie Fashion Show' and made a short musical movie by collaborating movie, musical, fashion and art as the first Korean fashion brand. CAZA stands for Creative Art Zone by Artists. It popularizes fur and leather products like a popular movie through a method called 'High Video Image Fashion'. CEO Park participated in 2014 Shanghai International Film Festival in the hope of actively cooperating with partners and she saw a need of video image marketing that can go well with fashion. The Chinese movie WOLF WARRIOR produced by Beijing Spring and Autumn Age Culture Limited made $100M within 2 weeks of its release in April 2015. Chris Park says "It was a result of combining hollywood action with Chinese element in the diversified Chinese film market. This means that we are encouraged to add new elements to traditional images and fashion."

CAZA as art works over fur products

Currently, global fur market is becoming a red ocean due to unstability of international financial market and a fall in raw fur price. Park says "Creativity is the answer to survive in the market where we have to share a limited pie. For this reason, Park focuses on creating unique design and products through her 'Reform' plan which innovates design rather than improve its measurements. Park jumped into fashion industry in 2002, started fur related design through continuous R&D and market research and came back to Korea after 4 years to create her unique fur brand. She says "The current fur trend is to use various materials over just mink and short inner wear & long outer coat in terms of its product lines. CAZA produces a limited edition only to give diversity and scarcity and adds various materials to give uniqueness."

CEO Chris Park says "Korea not having a globally famous luxury brand is not only because of capital but the lack of time to invest in sensitivity it involves and to form a consistent brand image. For this, I'm determined to make CAZA as a representative global Korean fashion brand through my vision and creativity." As part of her effort, CAZA is scheduled to hold an exhibition at Hyundai Dept. Mok-dong branch from 17 April targeting young consumers.
