Enjoying healing life in nature
Having one of a kind country house in the world
CEO Wonjun Kim of King's Town Country House

Excellent connectivity to the capital
With summer in full swing, many people are eager to get out of the city to give a rest to their tired soul in nature. Camping is widely enjoyed nowadays and more and more people are even planning to move to rural area to actually live there. The common drawback of moving to rural area, however, is that they have to give up the convenience that the cities are providing. Theses include education, medical services and cultural activities. For this reason, many of those who nevertheless moved to rural area actually have come back to the city again. As for an advice, CEO Wonjun Kim of King's Town Country House said "there is always good point and bad point. One must find a point of compromise between these two."

Located in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, King's Town Country House is providing optimum solutions for the drawback. As Icheon Station and Bubal Station are nearby, it takes you only 30 minutes to Bundang and 45 minutes to Gangnam. Also, the country house has the convenience, functionality, durability and safety which you enjoyed in apartments in the city and you can live in the place where it is surrounded by a wonderful natural environment and sophisticated house.

But the most advantageous of all is that you can have a house you want. Kim said "for most people, there is only once change to build his/her own house. And if that house is to last over a hundred years, it must be the house you have dreamed of." Kim has built his career in the building industry for more than 20 years and his know how and experience in the field can make you a perfect country house you want.

Country house built with eco-friendly materials
Kim said that time and effort are the key elements if you want to enjoy the benefit that a country house can provide. Life in a city and life in a rural area are different and you need to invest time and effort in patience to have a true healing life. Kim said "people say "ah! the air is really fresh here!" when they are in nature. This might be the best gift you can get if you live in a country house." All of King's Town Country House is eco-friendly house. Many buildings in the cities are made of ferroconcrete which can cause atopy as it contains fine dust and endocrine disruptor. But Kim uses only red clay, wood and certified eco-friendly materials. You can also be free from the noise from either upstairs or downstairs in the apartment and children can run and play in nature.

Kim almost completed 1st, 2nd and 3rd parceling out and the 4th complex around riverside in Yeoju and the 5th complex around Yeonju Outlet are being parceled out at the moment. Kim also secured a 72,727 square meter land around SK Hynix Icheon for the 6th complex and he is planning to build 120 to 150 houses on a 16,528 square meter area around the camping park. Kim also reduced construction cost significantly as he bought a bulk of construction materials at once and you can buy one at a relatively cheaper price.

Kim said "I'm sure that more and more people will want to have a country house. It will boost regional economy and solve overpopulation in the capital area. But it has to be supported by the government's deregulation."

To keep the balance of your life is very important if your rural life is not finished as one time romance. And with King's Town Country House, you can make it a long lasting romance.
