People's interest in healthy food is ever increasing. Traditional Korean food in particular is in the spotlight. Opening a Korean buffet restaurant is becoming a trend and many Korean cooking academies are thriving. Medicinal Herbal Sanyacho Healthy Food among them is drawing a great attention. Noh said "I've researched in the field for 50 years. It contains thousands of years of our ancestors' wisdom and experience. It suits our body. It is important to take the necessary nutritions we need through precise recipe." 

Noh is the master of medicinal herbal food in Korea. He wrote 'Korean Food Danbang Therapy', 'If You Know About Food You Can Keep Your Health' and 'Curing Disease by Improving Dietary Life'. 

Noh said "many food in the market contain harmful substances such as MSG and artificial enhancers. We all must know about this and our mothers particularly need to acquire knowledge on good and bad food and its contents." For this, Noh has been giving a special lecture about herbs on fields and mountains to Busan Lecturers Association. Noh said "polygonatum porridge is a real healthy food. If you take it with boiled pig skin, rich in collagen, in a perilla oil, you can improve your skin conditions including wrinkles", adding that "aubergine and water must not be used with chilli pepper and iron bowls. But if they are used with soy bean paste powder, women can prevent waterwart and cancer." 

Food that cures our body
We are what we eat. With genetically modified food threatening our table, our health is not in the safe zone if we do not lead a healthy dietary life. This is the reason that modern people suffer from more diseases even with advanced medical science according to Noh. He said "most grains we eat contain pesticides, preservatives and agricultural chemicals. Vegetarian diet is not much different from this if they are grown in the intoxicated soil or if they contain harmful additives."
The recent MERS tells us about the importance on immunity and this, according to Noh, mainly can be built with good and healthy food. Noh pointed out "I'm telling you that you cannot not strengthen your immunity by medicine. The best way to do it is to take good and healthy food."

Noh says that we can reduce the chance to go to hospital by half by eating natural food as we are part of nature. Noh adds that neither medicine or knives nor doctors or pharmacists can cure diseases but by strengthening natural healing power inside the body. For this reason, Noh emphasizes on seasonal food. Because our body is designed to be in need of seasonal nutritions, we are advised to make a table according to each season. To put his theory into practice, Noh established Medicinal Herbal Sanyacho Healthy Food Education Institute in 2013 and is manufacturing and selling the related food and providing consulting services. Currently, he is running a Field & Mountain Herbal Healthy Food Management Course in Lifelong Education Center at Daedong University from July 3. 

Medicine can be good or bad depending on who is taking. Medicinal herbal food also needs precise information and recipe to be effective. Korea has a 50 year history of medicinal herbal food but less than 10 years of its spreading. Noh regrets that there are wrong information about medicinal herbal food among people and for this Noh is determined to spread it with correct information and products.
