Bbongsin, introducing upgraded premium pub brand
Established in 2009, Bbongsin is now preparing to enter the global market by successfully launching Bbongsin In The Garden and Bbongsin Indust. Lee says "amongst those me-too brands in the food franchise market, we succeeded with our unique and innovative ideas. What we need now is yet to upgrade our menu and conception to introduce a new brand value through sophisticated interior design and services." Bbongsin launched the first premium brand Bbongsin In The Garden in Cheonho, COEX, Moran and Jongno, and opened another affiliated brand Bbongsin Indust in Cheonho, Oedae and Gye-dong with the elements of pub with which draft beer and cocktails are provided alongside the existing menu. 
While many food franchise restaurants use ingredients made for fast-food, Bbongsin basically makes the broth by boiling it over 24 hours, uses daily delivered fresh mussels, hand-made dough and noodles, 100% natural cheese and domestic rice, chili pepper, beef, pork and chicken.

The menus of Bbongsin include garlic zzangbbong 'Mabbong', clear and flavory broth 'Ziribbong', sour and spicy tomato 'Kokebbong', smooth and clean cream 'Baekbbong', new pepper and spice inspired 'Desbbong', cheese pizza 'Darling', clean and salty tomato 'Bbongmark Pizza', home made ricotta cheese pizza 'G2', 5 premium cheese, pineapple and spinach-inspired pizza 'Bboppai', mussel and cheese pizza 'Mafia' and snow on Hanra Mountain-inspired zzangbbong pizza 'Hanrabbong'.

Bbongsin currently is running 25 stores in the capital area and providing 1:1 services and training for the staff. Cooking training is conducted by a supervisor and the stores with low sales are provided with consulting. Like Lee said "I want to sell culture with our food", she came up with 2 brand activation plans by saying "we developed Darling in order to provide quality pizza at a reasonable price and we are proud to introduce it to people. We also receive positive response from our customers by adding new menu that is provided with Rose and Pansnip. Our main concern when developing new menus is to make innovative items that can satisfy all ages of men and women." 

Bbonsin's slogan is 'food franchise that makes food with hands in real time'. Therefore, all the ingredients they use are as fresh as morning daisy. Bbongsin basically is famous for combing Chinese food elements with Italian ones. It is now creating a new trend in the market by adding beverages and sophisticated interior design so that people can use the place as not only a eating place but a place for hanging around. Alongside their innovative menus, continuous support and management for affiliated stores are the key elements of their success.
